Summary: Rick and Steve reflect on times and events of the past especially pertaining to music. For younger individuals this may not yet make sense, but for those of Steve’s generation, it will. The Vietnam war had just ended and during those years as a military service member music was one thing which “got you though”. In 1976 Steve went and saw a band who just the year before added two new band members Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham known as Fleetwood Mac. You know the history from there. Fast forward to 2014 and with Christine McVie now back on tour with them, 38 years later it was so incredible to see them again. As you age, the music of your generation becomes more a part of you than ever. Although dress and appearance have changed drastically over the years, the music doesn’t and it is healthy to live those times of reflection.
