I was surprised that it was part of the Firearms Radio Network, what a bonus. lol I can't wait to listen to more episodes. I had lost half of my body weight a few years back. I went from 490 lbs to 245 lbs. I then had to have major back surgery and put 150 lbs back on because of stupidity and getting out of good habits. I now have half of that back off. I started eating healthy again back in July 2013 and have dropped 75 lbs. I also use My Fitness Pal and love it!   Again I look forward to listening to the show, I will be going backwards catching up on them in the next few weeks. I love to listen to podcast while I walk to work.
