Summary: Growth! Justin Havre is an agent in Calgary with a company called CIR.  He began in 2002 as a team of one.  Not much of a team, but he got involved with a serious web presence and SEO team early on. He had so many leads he couldn't follow up on them all so he started a new income stream by giving the leads to interested agents and signing referral agreements.  A year ago he was at 6 agents on his team and now 26.  Find out how he got the online business to where it's at, found qualified vendors to do it and why he's decided the team environment is best for him as he builds further. We moved into our first home in Coach Hill (SW Calgary) and I grew up in the West Hills area; this is where my roots are in Calgary. Though I started my career in the high-tech industry, I switched to real estate in 2005 and never looked back.
