Carol: Eating very high fat, moderate/low protein, very low carb (not even many veggies, yikes!).  Skipping breakfast (coffee with almond milk throughout morning); Protein and fat for lunch and replacing dinner with 2 Fat bombs (see recipe below).  Snack on sunflower seeds (nasty habit!)  I feel pretty good and dropped the Thanksgiving pounds that were probably just water weight from the carbs.  But I feel lighter, not very hungry and having a lot of calories so I'm liking this. Add 1 tsp of Cocoa powder and a few drops of Stevia to taste.  Add more until you love the taste! Fill each mini muffin tin with walnuts (approx 2 full walnuts but in pieces) Mix liquid continuously so as not to let ingredients settle and separate. Pour 1 Tablespoon of mixture in each cup over walnuts.
