Jake: 205 Carol: 125.4 lb  down (woo hoo!) TWO WEEKS IN REVIEW: Update from Zack: www.thegunbench.com Update from Jake:  I'm holding steady at 205...Only up 4 from my final 8 week weigh in. Tried some wheat products ie: pizza and felt TERRIBLE! Focusing on Meat, Veggies and Fruit.... maybe a little Taco Bell.  Drinking some diet pop again... Not buying cases though.  Making positive choices asking for "no bun" when eating out, choosing salads over other menu items. I really think dairy is a big no-no for me.... digestive consequences.... COMMUNITY JUICE FAST started Sept 22nd!    How Juicing can fit into a quest for Ketosis?  We discuss cycling different protocols to keep things fresh.  I like a 5 day juice fast just to reset and start fresh.  For me, it isn’t about the 5 day juice fast.  It is about the time following the fast.  I have new taste buds!  After a fast it is much easier for me to avoid processed foods and make healthier choices.  It just works for me.
