013 Kicking Chronic Pain – Medication, Toxicity, and Pain

Kicking Chronic Pain with Tim Vande Sluis show

Summary: Among the many things that I have found that benefit my life are the Gerson Therapy and using nutrition to help fight my chronic pain. There are many things that I do in my personal life to help fight my own chronic illness and chronic pain. What are your thoughts? Questions for you to consider as you are fighting your own chronic pain and your own chronic illness. What contributes to your chronic pain? What makes it more manageable or less manageable? How can you fix that how can you fix your chronic pain or chronic illness? Have you ever considered nutrition as an option? The Gerson Therapy coffee enema treatments. Since my hospital stay in May of 2013 I have not been doing the coffee enemas. My Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) has not been bad at all. I have been feeling very good. I have felt strong, energetic, and with minimum chronic pain. I have been able to continue to heal without the help of the coffee enemas. That tells me that my body is getting stronger, and more capable as I am able to heal with less assistance. This has been a wonderful thing for me. Interesting additions because of my torn calf muscle. Since my calf muscle tear five weeks ago I have been taking medication again. This continual medication program, to help manage the acute pain caused by my torn muscle, has caused an increase in the toxic levels of my body. This continuing medication program has also caused my chronic pain symptoms to rise. Over the last five weeks of taking medication the chronic pain has slowly risen. The rise of chronic pain reached a boiling point at the end of last week where the chronic pain throughout my face, arm, and leg began to be very debilitating. It became harder to do the things that I want to do. This has brought me back to thinking about what I can do to help confront and stop the increased symptoms of chronic pain in my body. How to overcome what I have been experiencing with chronic pain. The reintroduction of coffee enemas. The one thing that I have changed most specifically in my life on the Gerson Therapy is the coffee enemas. Since May I have done any coffee treatments which has been a fantastic addition to my life. But now with the rise of chronic pain I have reintroduced the coffee enemas as a way to help me fight the chronic pain. Instantly my body has responded positively and the chronic pain has lessened. Using the coffee enemas has slowly and steadily helped me to regain control over the chronic pain. I have only done it for two days as of the recording of the podcast episode, but it is marked and very apparent that the coffee enema does work. I have chosen to slowly and steadily build up to the full dose of the coffee enema and continue with a full strength treatment for as long as I feel I need to, and then taper off and remove myself from the coffee enemas once I feel I am in good health again. Once I have removed the toxic chemicals from my body and feel healthy once again. This is something to consider as our bodies heal. We become more capable of doing things without the assistance of medications, treatments, or other things as long as we live and keep our bodies in a healthy state. The books mentioned during this podcast episode are: The first book I purchased to learn about the Gerson Therapy: "The Gerson Therapy - The Proven Nutritional Program For Cancer and Other Illnesses" by Charlotte Gerson and Morton Walker, D.P.M. This book can be purchased through Amazon or other online book seller. I would recommend purchasing the next book listed as it is the newest edition of this most wonderful information.     The Newest book published by Charlotte Gerson describing the Gerson Therapy is: "Healing The Gerson Way - Defeating Cancer and Other Chronic Diseases" by Charlotte Gerson and Beata Bishop   This is the book I recommend purchasing to learn about the Gerson Therapy.
