014 Kicking Chronic Pain – What Is The Foundational Healing Pyramid | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 43:40

What is the Foundational Healing Pyramid and how will it help me? The Foundational Healing Pyramid is made up of five areas that help me stay focused in my efforts each and every day as I fight back and kick chronic pain in the teeth. The Foundational Healing Pyramid consists of five areas these are: Psychology Nutrition Exercise Sleep External Helps Psychology Psychology is our thoughts, feelings, emotions, and how they shape and mold our day-to-day fight with chronic pain. Whether we are happy or sad, whether we are energized or worn out, whether we are complacent or optimistic are all a part of our psychology. A positive mental psychology is our most powerful tool in our fight against chronic pain. This is how we are able to do the things that we do. To make the positive choices that we need to make, and overall overcome our chronic pain. Nutrition Nutrition is the physical building block that make up our ability to fight against our chronic pain. Our chronic pain attacks our physical body. Our physical body therefore needs nutrients in order to fight back. This is done through the Gerson Therapy. Gerson Therapy The Gerson Therapy is my foundational tool that I use to get the nutrition and the good-quality balance of food that I need in my system and my body in order to fight back against chronic pain. Nutrition is all the things that we put into our bodies it is not a "diet". It is everything that we eat; everything that we ingest in our way of living. Nutrition is what gives us the ability to fight back. That gives our bodies the building blocks to overcome. Exercise Exercise is not the same for those of us with chronic pain as it is for the average person. Exercise for us should not be to lose weight or build muscle or look a certain way. Exercise for us those of us fighting severe chronic pain is movement. Movement is exercise! We must move in order to continue our bodies fight against chronic pain. We must move, although it hurts extremely bad, because it is very important. Our muscles, joints, ligaments, and tendons all need movement in order to continue to function and to avoid severe atrophy and weakness. If we become too weak our body cannot fight back against the chronic pain which we have. Therefore exercise in the form of movement is extremely important. Sleep Sleep is the foundational element that allows our bodies to recover from everything that we do throughout the day. Sleep is vitally important for our survival and our ability to become better. We must do all that we can to get the best sleep that we can. Through proper nutrition and exercise our bodies will naturally want to sleep, so that it can recover and become better. That is why nutrition, exercise, and sleep go hand-in-hand. External Helps External Helps is everything that we do to support our body's ability to fight back and kick chronic pain in the teeth. External Helps are such things as doctors, medications, shoes, water purifier,s beds, clothing, and everything else that we use to support our body's ability to heal. Such simple things as shoes or juicers can be vitally important to our body's ability to fight back against our chronic pain. The newest medications and the doctors understanding is not all that there is in this life. We must search out and find all the best External Helps to support our body's ability to heal. In a nutshell the Foundational Healing Pyramid is there to give us an overview of the five areas that we should think about and consider in our day-to-day lives as we fight back against chronic pain and chronic illness.

013 Kicking Chronic Pain – Medication, Toxicity, and Pain | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 42:51

Among the many things that I have found that benefit my life are the Gerson Therapy and using nutrition to help fight my chronic pain. There are many things that I do in my personal life to help fight my own chronic illness and chronic pain. What are your thoughts? Questions for you to consider as you are fighting your own chronic pain and your own chronic illness. What contributes to your chronic pain? What makes it more manageable or less manageable? How can you fix that how can you fix your chronic pain or chronic illness? Have you ever considered nutrition as an option? The Gerson Therapy coffee enema treatments. Since my hospital stay in May of 2013 I have not been doing the coffee enemas. My Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) has not been bad at all. I have been feeling very good. I have felt strong, energetic, and with minimum chronic pain. I have been able to continue to heal without the help of the coffee enemas. That tells me that my body is getting stronger, and more capable as I am able to heal with less assistance. This has been a wonderful thing for me. Interesting additions because of my torn calf muscle. Since my calf muscle tear five weeks ago I have been taking medication again. This continual medication program, to help manage the acute pain caused by my torn muscle, has caused an increase in the toxic levels of my body. This continuing medication program has also caused my chronic pain symptoms to rise. Over the last five weeks of taking medication the chronic pain has slowly risen. The rise of chronic pain reached a boiling point at the end of last week where the chronic pain throughout my face, arm, and leg began to be very debilitating. It became harder to do the things that I want to do. This has brought me back to thinking about what I can do to help confront and stop the increased symptoms of chronic pain in my body. How to overcome what I have been experiencing with chronic pain. The reintroduction of coffee enemas. The one thing that I have changed most specifically in my life on the Gerson Therapy is the coffee enemas. Since May I have done any coffee treatments which has been a fantastic addition to my life. But now with the rise of chronic pain I have reintroduced the coffee enemas as a way to help me fight the chronic pain. Instantly my body has responded positively and the chronic pain has lessened. Using the coffee enemas has slowly and steadily helped me to regain control over the chronic pain. I have only done it for two days as of the recording of the podcast episode, but it is marked and very apparent that the coffee enema does work. I have chosen to slowly and steadily build up to the full dose of the coffee enema and continue with a full strength treatment for as long as I feel I need to, and then taper off and remove myself from the coffee enemas once I feel I am in good health again. Once I have removed the toxic chemicals from my body and feel healthy once again. This is something to consider as our bodies heal. We become more capable of doing things without the assistance of medications, treatments, or other things as long as we live and keep our bodies in a healthy state. The books mentioned during this podcast episode are: The first book I purchased to learn about the Gerson Therapy: "The Gerson Therapy - The Proven Nutritional Program For Cancer and Other Illnesses" by Charlotte Gerson and Morton Walker, D.P.M. This book can be purchased through Amazon or other online book seller. I would recommend purchasing the next book listed as it is the newest edition of this most wonderful information.     The Newest book published by Charlotte Gerson describing the Gerson Therapy is: "Healing The Gerson Way - Defeating Cancer and Other Chronic Diseases" by Charlotte Gerson and Beata Bishop   This is the book I recommend purchasing to learn about the Gerson Therapy. It is the newest edition of the basics of the Gerson Therapy,

012 Kicking Chronic Pain – Chronic Pain vs. Physical Weakness | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 43:00

Chronic pain versus physical weakness is something that we all must try to overcome as our bodies heal and we become more able to do new things. Chronic pain is a devastating problem that limits how much we can do. It is something that keeps us from doing those things it would keep our bodies in good physical shape. As time passes and the more of that time passes the worse the situation becomes. Chronic pain develops issues as we overcome our chronic pain we then have to overcome our physical weakness. Physical Weakness Brought on by Chronic Pain. Physical weakness is a devastating byproduct of fighting chronic pain for long periods of time. Physical weakness develops through the lack of using our muscles and our bodies. As we hold still we lose physical conditioning and physical ability. This is a another byproduct of the effects of chronic pain in our lives. At What Point do we Know What is Chronic Pain and What is Physical Weakness? Understanding our bodies and how they feel is important to be able to differentiate between these two distinct yet potentially painful things. As chronic pain decreases it becomes easier to understand where our physical limitations are. Our physical limitations can bring on acute pain when we overuse our physical bodies and wear them out. There is a constant struggle between understanding our own chronic pain and our physical weakness. This is always going to be a challenge in my life but it is one I have pointed out in my life, and defined, and now that I understand it I can do something about it. The first part of being able to fight chronic pain is to understand how it is generated and why it happens. That is due to nutritional deficiencies in every case. Physical weakness comes about because of the lack of use of our bodies. In the case of chronic pain and chronic illness this is brought on because we do not use our bodies because of pain. We can overcome physical weakness through planned moderate activity. We must slowly build up our ability to do more. Rushing this will cause additional pain, potential injuries, and frustration over time. We must take it slow and steady just like we must do with fighting our chronic pain.

 011 Kicking Chronic Pain – A Possitive Attitude Rocks | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 49:35

A positive mental attitude is so very important to our overall success and ability to obtain a better quality of life. There are times in our lives, like me, that require our best efforts to maintain that positive mental attitude. It is interesting to note that situations and times in our lives seems to happen sometimes when we are ready for it and sometimes when we are not. We must go through this life and do the best we can at understanding what is happening and what it takes to make the best decision possible in our life, so that we can have that good quality of life. Our understanding and the choices we make determine our best enjoyment and happiness in the life that we are living. There are some exciting announcements that I want to officially post and and here is the first one of these: The author page on the website The My Books page on the website is a listing of the seven books that I have currently planned, with book covers finished, and the ones that I am writing right now. They all have descriptions, and you can find them by going to the link right there in the navigation to find more information. Announcement number two: the Sponsor Page is up I have made it possible for you to sponsor the website and podcast and to be able to help me keep this thing going. I intend to continue to spread the message about hope and the fact that a better quality of life is there fore everyone. I wanted to be of service to you, and so I am offering you something in return for your financial support of me. I am offering several different options. You can read through the options on the Pledge Page. A Positive Mental Attitude Through all of this we have to understand that a positive mental attitude is the one thing that will benefit us the most in our fight against chronic pain and illness. Our chronic pain is devastating, no doubt about it, but with the right positive attitude we can surmount it, and overcome it, and continue on in our lives do the things that we want to do. We do not have to be held back by a nasty attitude or a poor attitude. That kind of attitude will not help us in the long run. We can be happy in this life. Our Heavenly Father wants us to be happy in this life, our Savior wants us to be happy in this life, and with the proper knowledge, understanding, and effort on our part we can have that happiness in our lives.

 010 Kicking Chronic Pain – Nutritional Scapegoating | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 59:00

Nutritional scapegoating is one of the most interesting and profound ways that we come up with for not doing what we know we should be doing for our own personal health. Anytime we scapegoat anything, or come up with an excuse as it where, we are choosing not to do those things that we know are best. Challenges During Life Over the past couple of weeks I have been trying to recover from a stint of ill health as it were. I have been able to overcome that, but as many of you know I did not have a podcast come out last week. It is very important for me to focus on my health and maintain a good quality of life for myself. That, in some cases, means that I must not do some of the things that I want to do in the moment. What Is Nutritional Scapegoating? Nutritional scapegoating is the act of creating an excuse as to why we are not doing those things that we should be doing. We do know that we should eat a healthy balanced nutritional diet of fruits and vegetables, meats, grain, and all the good stuff like that, but many times we have an excuse as to why we don't need some of those things. Even in elementary school I learned that I needed to eat my fruits and vegetables, however most the time I did not eat vegetables at all. This in turn caused me to wind up with what I believe is the biggest challenge of the past decade in my own life: Complex Regional Pain Syndrome. There are many ways that we can use nutritional scapegoating in our lives. Such statements like: I am a meat and potatoes guy. I don't like the taste of vegetables. I don't have the willpower to change. Many times these excuses are what keep us from progressing. We simply come up with an excuse as to why we do not do the things we do. Another nutritional scapegoat statement is: There are 7 billion people in the world today and we have to feed them all. If that were the case how come cancer used to only kill old people and effect people in their 80's and 90's, and now is the leading killer of children? Diabetes also affects many many people, and now also young kids are afflicted with type II diabetes. What Has Changed Over The Past 100 Years? Nutrition is the one thing that has changed in the last hundred years. The things that we eat are more processed and preserved and filled with chemicals and other things that are affecting our bodies in negative ways. Those things did not exist to the extent they do today 100 years ago.

009 Kicking Chronic Pain – During Those Tough Weeks | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 30:00

It is many times very hard just dealing with the chronic pain that we have, but that is not always all we get. During the past week I have dealt with a great deal more than I had expected. I found that I had more pain then I could handle, and spent most of my time in and out of the hospital. It is remarkable to think that even with dealing with so much I have to deal with more. But that is okay, because I have the support of doctors, skilled physicians, the medical community, and I am able to get the support and help I need in times of duress. Foundational Healing Pyramid In the Foundational Healing Pyramid I place doctors and medicine and all those kind of things in External Helps which is the least important area of the Foundational Healing Pyramid. However, even it being in the smallest and least important area of the Foundational Healing Pyramid it is still extremely important, and that is why External Helps is there. Without the aid of doctors and medicine and the tests that are able to be run to determine what is wrong, our lives would be a lot worse. Doctors fill in a very very important role in our health and our longevity. I am so very grateful that during the last week I had the aid of doctors to help me. This podcast is really about my experience during the past week, what I experienced, and why I feel blessed to have the aid of doctors, the medical community, medicine and pain killers, and those that know a great deal more about these areas then I do. I am very thankful for them. I feel blessed that I do not have to have surgery, and that I could go home and heal and recover at home. In the Foundational Healing Pyramid our Psychology is most important. I could have had a lousy attitude and made everyone's life very miserable because of what I was going through, or I could have a good positive attitude even though I was in a great deal of pain. I chose to be positive and nice to those around me, so that they could treat me and help me. This in turn made my experience, although very painful and distressing, easier and more enjoyable.

008 Kicking Chronic Pain – Nutrition Is Life Or Death | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:02:30

During the past week I was able to have a discussion with the Gerson Institute staff. It was then that I gained more information about juicing, and what it was that I was doing. Doing something is always better than nothing. It is possible to gain benefits from using non-organic fruits and vegetables to eat and juice, and still gain benefits from them. However, when doing so you are also ingesting large amounts of toxins in the form of pesticides and herbicides. During my discussion with the Gerson Institute I learned that it is better to do half of what is recommended with the Gerson Therapy juicing, and juice organically, then it is to juice the full amount with traditional grown fruits and vegetables. The fruits and vegetables that are traditionally grown with pesticides and herbicides transfer those toxins into the body when we eat them. That causes the body to not only receive the nutrients it needs to heal, but also causes the body to have to filter and expel the new toxins that are introduced with the fruits and vegetables. It is definitely best to juice organic fruits and vegetables! The price of organic Here where I live the price of organic fruits and vegetables is quite expensive. The extra distance that produce has to travel does raise the cost here and in other small towns that are far away from larger communities. But the price of organic fruits and vegetables in larger cities, I have found, are the same price as what I pay to get traditional grown fruits and vegetables. It would be nice to be able to live closer to a larger community where there is a larger selection of fruits and vegetables to choose from. Having a larger selection of fruits and vegetables, and a larger population to purchase those vegetables, makes it possible for the prices to be more reasonable. You may look at the price of organic fruits and vegetables and think the price is outrageous, however, I would say that the prices are not really that outrageous. The traditional grown fruits and vegetables with herbicides and pesticides applied to them are less expensive, yes, however, organic fruits and vegetables are really not that more expensive, and have a much much greater effect on the overall health and wellbeing of the person. Organic fruits and vegetables are definitely the best way to go. Limiting the amount of chemicals and toxins that we ingest is the best way to facilitate the body's natural ability to heal. We must support our bodies in order for them to heal, and that is extremely important. The Gerson Institute If you have not taken the time to go to the Gerson Institute website please do so. http://gerson.org/gerpress/ You will find the wealth of information, and this will help you gain the knowledge necessary to move forward confidently. If you want to illuminate your chronic pain and chronic illness you can do so, but you must have all the information you need in front of you. The Gerson Institute is there to help, and get you going down the track of healing and overcoming chronic pain and disease.

007 Kicking Chronic Pain – The Power Of Feet | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:02:49

The body is an amazing thing. We can do many things with our bodies. Our bodies will even heal from cuts and bruises and broken bones and anything else that physically happens to us. Our body naturally knows what to do and will repair damages done to it. Nutrition is the fuel behind helping our bodies overcome chronic pain and illness. The Power Of Feet Our feet, as part of our bodies, are designed perfectly. They are used and help us get around and do those things that we need and want to do. But we must help our feet in order for our bodies to function properly and not have unnecessary pain. Much of this can depend upon the shoes that we wear. Our shoes influence proprioception. What Is Proprioception http://www.vivobarefoot.com/us/proprioception/ Proprioception is our body's ability to feel its surroundings and act accordingly can only. "Our bodies are incredibly good at moving, often without any conscious involvement. Just think: sitting down, standing up, picking up objects, throwing, catching, jumping, skipping, running... The reason we can make all of these movements without thinking (or falling over) is because of something called 'proprioception' - our body's sense of its own position, balance, and movement. Proprioception provides us with 'body awareness' and is commonly referred to as our "sixth sense"." With an understanding of proprioception we can understand the necessity for proper footwear. The Shoes I Wear Vibram Fivefingers http://www.vibramfivefingers.com/index.htm Vivobarefoot http://www.vivobarefoot.com/us/ Vibram Fivefingers shoes are the best shoe that I found on the market today to help with strengthening the feet overall (including the toes), and training them to be aware of their surroundings or being able to take advantage of proprioception. Vibram Fivefingers shoes strengthen each individual toe and muscle in the foot to build a stronger foundation to walk, run, skip, and do all those things that are necessary in movement. There is much that we can do in order to help our bodies alleviate pain. Many of these things do not have to do with our chronic illnesses and our chronic pain, but have everything to do with our overall wellness and strength of body. As we use External Helps to facilitate healing we are in fact ensuring a better quality of life. There are times when additional short-term pain is required such as the pain involved with building up the strength to walk properly in flat shoes that do not have a large cushion or heel wedge in them. This does take time to strengthen the body and build up endurance in the body, especially in the feet. This can be done over several months and should not be attempted all at once. Common sense when trying something new is important to ensure that we do not injure ourselves, or cause additional long-term pain. Vivobarefoot has a clinic that teaches people how to run properly, and this also applies to walking. We must build up strength in our feet and legs, and knowing the right steps to follow is important. Vivobarefoot Training Clinic http://trainingclinic.vivobarefoot.com/ There is a great wealth of information about running (and walking) safely. We must build up the ability and strength we need. Just as I needed to strengthen my toes and feet in order to feel better; you may need to do the same thing. Learning How To Run http://trainingclinic.vivobarefoot.com/running-the-skill/ In order to succeed with any new skill we must learn the proper techniques. The strengthening skills taught in the "Learning How To Run" page of Vivobarefoot are good whether or not you plan to run or just walk. Learning how to walk or run again may seem like a very stupid thing to do. After-all, we spend our entire lives walking and running. We can always learn new information about common tasks. There is nothing wrong with trying to improve ourselves, and reduce the risk of injury in the future.

006 Kicking Chronic Pain – What Is Chronic Pain Really | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:01:30

What is chronic pain really? How does it affect the body? How can we overcome chronic pain to obtain a better quality of life? These are all good questions and at times can be very difficult to answer. First off I think we should understand what chronic pain is. Dr. Allan Basbaum, PhD Dr. Allan Basbaum, PhD is a professor and chair of the Department of Anatomy at the University of California San Francisco or UCSF. Dr. Basbaum has had a remarkable career in his efforts to learn about pain, the body, and how it works. He has very succinctly defined what chronic pain is, and how it affects the body. To see him profile and find out more about him visit his UCSF page at: http://bms.ucsf.edu/directory/faculty/allan-basbaum-phd Dr. Basbaum defines pain in two ways, first, acute pain which is the normal everyday pain that we experience. Such things as when we cut our finger or burn our hand or break a bone. Normal, every day pain, that we experience. He also describes what chronic pain is as being clinical pain. Or that pain which does not act as acute pain. Chronic pain does not go away, and it effects the body in extensive ways. You can watch Dr. Basbaum's presentation at the end of this post. My definition of acute and chronic pain I submit that what Dr. Basbaum says about acute pain and chronic pain is true. Acute pain is something that we all go through in life. Being the normal function of the body we accept it, and do what is necessary to get the problem under control. Acute pain is the body's natural response to a problem. Therefore acute pain is a symptom of a larger problem. I define chronic pain as also being a symptom of a larger problem. However, the medical community believes that chronic pain is not a symptom but the problem itself. I completely disagree with this assumption, because if chronic pain was a problem medication would help solve it, and once medication was ceased the problem would be gone. Chronic pain is a symptom of a larger underlying problem. It is our brains natural way of communicating to us that there is something we need to do, and something that needs to be fixed within our bodies. Chronic pain is a symptom of an underlying issue. This issue is nutrition. As chronic pain is a symptom of a larger underlying problem the first and foremost thing that I have found, in my life, is that nutrition is the true solution to chronic pain. I have not experienced relief of my chronic pain through the many years of taking medications. It wasn't until I learned about the Gerson Therapy that I was able to begin to overcome my chronic pain and my chronic illness. Gerson Therapy The Gerson Therapy is the foremost natural way to fight chronic pain and illness through the use of nutrition. The Gerson Therapy not only supports the body's natural function, but helps to repair, and facilitate the detoxification process of the body. http://gerson.org/gerpress/ The Gerson Therapy allows our bodies to do what it does best, and fight against the illnesses which come upon us. As chronic pain and chronic illness is a symptom of an underlying condition the first thing we should look for is the underlying condition. Understanding what the root problem is is most important. Using medication to cover up the symptoms of the underlying problem does not solve the underlying problem. It is only through addressing the underlying problem that we can fix and eliminate the symptoms which we are suffering from; namely chronic pain. It is through having all the information available to us that we begin to fight back against chronic pain and chronic illness to win back a better quality of life. It is through addressing the underlying causes. Through addressing the root cause of our problems we obtain true lasting relief from our chronic pain and illness. Not until we do this will we begin to fight back effectively, and obtain the better quality of life that we so greatly desire.

004 Kicking Chronic Pain – Exercise, Your Ability To Fight | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:00:00

Why Our Thoughts Are So Important During Exercise As I discuss the benefits of exercise we must first consider our psychology. It is very important that we are in the proper mindset to exercise, so that we can be effective and not experience failure. Are we being held down because of what other people say about us or to us? Are we allowing them to dictate how we feel about ourselves? There is only one person that determines how we feel about ourselves. That person is you. During exercise we cannot worry about what others have said about us. We must do what we can do, and not worry about the rest. If we are to be successful in our fight against our chronic pain who must understand that having a positive mental attitude is extremely important while we exercise if we have a poor attitude during exercise the pain we experience may be too much for us to deal with. If we can understand that our movement, although painful, is necessary to maintain strength and mobility then our efforts and exercise can be fruitful. Exercise As I Define It Exercise is something that we physically do. It is something that we work at, that we can quantify, that we can record, and track. I define exercise as this; exercise is the act of movement. Exercise is more than just something we do for a defined number of minutes each day. It is how we maintain our strength and our ability. During exercise pain can become extremely great and difficult due to the very act of movement. In many cases the pain may seem unbearable. But we must overcome this and fight back. We must also be giving ourselves the proper nutrition so that our bodies can heal, recover from the exercise, and function better. Exercise is important to maintain our muscle strength and muscle flexibility, our ligaments and tendons mobility, and if we give this up and not use our body then the pain will increase. I have suffered with mobility problems due to the amount of pain I have been in, and it has been very difficult at times to exercise. However, I believe that exercise must be done in spite of the pain. Beginning Exercise in 2004 Exercise can be as small as walking 10 seconds in one direction, turning around, and walking 10 seconds back. The act of movement is what is important. It helps our bodies remember what it can do. It maintains our muscle and our ability. If we give this up the chronic pain can become worse, and these effects can further limit our ability to move. As we become stronger and maintain the strength we have we can better fight back and overcome the chronic pain. There are many times that I have wanted to not move, but understanding that it is important to move I have done so. Failure Does NOT Exist If We Don't Want It To We may feel that we have experienced failure many times as we have fought chronic pain. Failure does not have to be permanent. And if failure is not permanent then it is not failure. As long as we continue to try our momentary failures are just temporary defeats, and we can be successful in our fight against chronic pain. We must understand that we can do this. Take heart in the fact that you can do this. It is very difficult at times, and very painful at times but you can do this. My exercise using Tai Chi I have found for myself that using Tai Chi is the best form of exercise for me, right now. It works with my muscles and joints and tendons and ligaments and everything maintains flexibility and strength. I use Dr. Paul Lamb's training DVD's to help me learn Tai Chi and to exercise. I am currently using the Tai Chi 24 forms DVD to learn and to exercise with. You can find Dr. Lam and his Tai Chi products, his health and wellness information, and more at: http://www.taichiproductions.com/ The information here is very helpful, and I have learned a great deal from Dr. Lam's website. Through all of this, please do not give up! Maintain strength maintain ability, and fight through the pain.

002 Kicking Chronic Pain – Nutrition The Gerson Therapy Way | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:00:25

In this episode of Kicking Chronic Pain. I will be discussing nutrition. Not just any kind of nutrition, however, but nutrition following the Gerson Therapy. I will discuss what chronic illness and chronic pain is, and give us a good foundation so that we can understand what the Gerson therapy is doing. I will discuss the Gerson therapy nutrition program, the foods to eat and the foods not to eat. How to use juicing properly with the Gerson therapy. I will discuss vitamins, and how the Gerson Therapy uses vitamins. I will talk about coffee enemas. How the coffee enemas have helped change my life. How I am specifically using the Gerson therapy in a day to day basis. What you can do to help yourself.  The most important thing to do is take action. We must take action in order to change our circumstance. If you want to overcome chronic pain you must change what you are doing to improve your life. If you continue to do what you have always done, you will get what you've always gotten. The Gerson Therapy is a way of changing and implementing good practices to help us overcome our chronic pain and our chronic illnesses.
