While not enough information is known to call her a flat out racist no matter how racist her rant was, it begs the question, do you have to be racist to practice white supremacy and if you practice consciously or sub-consciously practice white supremacy, does it not make you a racist? DuBois states “The color line.” Their error in cognitive thought is largely related to their white sociopolitical, and at times pathological human development that has shaped their thinking, understanding and ultimately their behavior. Dr. Laura is an example of this failed consciousness particularly as it relates, but not just to her rant and use of the word nigger. But she is not alone."
