Summary: Update: On June 16th, reportedly Judge Chappelle recused himself from the case, revoked Mr. Reid’s bond and ordered a new trail. Mr. Reid has not received a new bond hearing as of today. The Charles County Dentition center confirmed Mr. Reid was in their custody on 1st degree assault charges. The illegal weapons transport charge and the other two assault charges from the first trial were not listed. Black Talk Radio is working to confirm if these charges have been dropped.
