Summary: Rotation added to the body weight squat! Something you don't get much of in the gym and not at all on machines. Here's a possible solution! This exercise trains balance since you will rotate 180 degrees to the left then the right. If your knees have not be conditioned to handle rotation, then work super-slow and super-careful with this exercise. If you have any knee issues before trying this, see your physician first and inquire if this exercise is or is not for you at this time. The rest of you - train the mobility of your legs with body weight.
