Hello and welcome to Old Fort Baptist Church in Summerville, South Carolina where for decades the Truth of God’s Word has been preached for all to hear. The song was Anticipation by Carly Simon. Pastor Eric Lethco continues his series WALKING THE ROMAN ROAD with his message, ANTICIPATING THE GLORY. The scripture passage he’ll be using is Romans 8:18-27. Verse 22 says “We know that the whole creation has been groaning as in the pains of childbirth, right up to the present time.” That translates to “everybody is groaning about something. Just some are groaning with an eager anticipation for the Glory of the Lord to fall upon us. Today Pastor Eric will share what we should be doing as we sing our own song of anticipation.
