Summary: It's the Lakefront Marathon Eve episode! There is clarification on the beer run, a diagnosis on the knee, thank you to Tommie Copper for offering to send me a knee compression sleeve, then there's a bunch of other stuff including meeting Bart Yasso and packet pick-up.
