INTERVAL TRAINING RX #3 – THE BETA INTERVAL TRAINING WORKOUT

Summary: The first official ITRX Workout Episode.  The Interval Training RX Beta Workout will give you the opportunity to exercise in you healthy, moderate, and aerobic heart rate zones.  If you are unfamiliar with heart rate training, make sure that you listed to Episode 1 and 2 before doing this workout.  You can also click on the Fitness Library Tab at intervaltrainingrx.com to learn more about heart rate training. There will be 17 intervals, 9 of those intervals will be speed intervals where you will be exercising in your aerobic heart rate zone.  The speed intervals will have rest intervals in-between. If you are doing this workout on a treadmill make sure your incline is set at 3%.
