HEART RATE TRAINING ON THE TREADMILL Treadmill Interval Training 1.0  The first ITRX workout designed exclusively for the treadmill. OUR 1st INTERVAL TRAINING RX HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING WORKOUT. The workout features 13 total intervals, 8 of which will be done in your anaerobic heart rate training zone.  This is difficult heart rate training you will burn lots of calories, carbohydrates, and fats. Do not attempt this workout if you are not totally familiar with High Intensity Interval Training. Listen to all the previous ITRX episodes in order to get a complete understanding of heart rate training, interval training, and High Intensity Interval Training. Written information is available in the Fitness Library. Skip Orem will provide you with coaching and the musical playlist will inspsire you to go hard. The workout structure also includes a warm-up and cool down period, so be ready to start the workout when you press the play button. Don't be fooled by the " Beta" title. This is the real deal. I just want to seperate this workout from the many others I will be releasing this year-Skip The playlist of songs the workout is available by hitting the playlist tab.  Look for songs listed for episode 5.

The first official ITRX Workout Episode.  The Interval Training RX Beta Workout will give you the opportunity to exercise in you healthy, moderate, and aerobic heart rate zones.  If you are unfamiliar with heart rate training, make sure that you listed to Episode 1 and 2 before doing this workout.  You can also click on the Fitness Library Tab at intervaltrainingrx.com to learn more about heart rate training. There will be 17 intervals, 9 of those intervals will be speed intervals where you will be exercising in your aerobic heart rate zone.  The speed intervals will have rest intervals in-between. If you are doing this workout on a treadmill make sure your incline is set at 3%.

  The second of five ITRX Episodes  released this week.  Today's workout is another orientation episode with information about how and why music will be a part of each Interval Training Workout episode.  This episode will also contain some workout intervals.  For maximum effectiveness, the best way to listen do this episode is while you are doing a workout.
