Summary: OUR 1st INTERVAL TRAINING RX HIGH INTENSITY INTERVAL TRAINING WORKOUT. The workout features 13 total intervals, 8 of which will be done in your anaerobic heart rate training zone.  This is difficult heart rate training you will burn lots of calories, carbohydrates, and fats. Do not attempt this workout if you are not totally familiar with High Intensity Interval Training. Listen to all the previous ITRX episodes in order to get a complete understanding of heart rate training, interval training, and High Intensity Interval Training. Written information is available in the Fitness Library. Skip Orem will provide you with coaching and the musical playlist will inspsire you to go hard. The workout structure also includes a warm-up and cool down period, so be ready to start the workout when you press the play button. Don't be fooled by the " Beta" title. This is the real deal.
