Summary: HEART RATE TRAINING ON THE TREADMILL Treadmill Interval Training 1.0  The first ITRX workout designed exclusively for the treadmill. It's structured so that it can be done by both walkers and runners.  This cardio workout is coached by Skip Orem.  The workout consists of 3 sets of intervals, training you in three of the four heart rate training zones.  Music from George Wood, We the Living, Causeway, London Rain, and others will keep you motivated and going hard.
