Summary: Today's podcast is an expression of my anger towards ValueOptions, a managed care company. After years of dropping our fees, and than keeping them stagnant for over 8 years, they mail me a certificate of appreciation for years of service. Their subscribers appreciate our services. The company, however, does not see the field as important enough to warrant a raise in fees. Listen to my little dream sequence.
