This workout for beginners has an AMRAP as well as an EMOM. The exercises we will be doing are tricep dips, half burpees, forward lunges, shoulder taps, jump squats and back extensions.

This is a great workout to push your limits. It has two parts. First part is an AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) in which we will be doing push-ups, jump squats and plank. The second part is an EMOM(every minute on the minute) which has tricep dips, reverse lunges and burpees.
