Amarjit shares an experience from his first vipassana retreat in Bodh Gaya, India that helped him understand problems with his own communications at this stage. 3) Speaking – communicating with non-violent communication and with proper intention. He makes a distinction between depression caused by physiological reasons, such as head trauma and other physical traumas, and the typical depression we encounter as a result of the experience of life. He defines depression as a growing pain that is a signal of false identifications that no longer works for you.
