Former University of Southern California place kicker, Matt Boermeester, recently won a Title IX case against the university for falsely accusing him of "intimate partner violence." He won, but lost out on opportunities in his football career. Title IX was put in place to level the playing field in college athletics; to not discriminate on the basis of sex. But while he was being put through the ringer by the administration on the "basis" of a third party non-witness, higher-ups in the athletic department were conspiring with Rick Singer to admit a non-athlete with a fake profile on a team supported under Title IX law. Mark Hopkinson was executed by the State of Wyoming in 1992, and to this date is the only execution that has taken place there since 1965. He was convicted of four proxy murders but was executed for the one that was most personal. In this episode of Your Story or Your Life, I discuss his unique case and the current case of Lori Vallow and her daughter, who disappeared after visiting Yellowstone National Park with her mother and Lori's brother, Alex Cox.
