Prior to her current position, Shea served as the Wellness Coach and Registered Dietitian for Shaw’s Supermarkets in New England. Shea holds a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology from Boston University, a Masters in Nutrition from the Friedman School of Nutrition Science and Policy at Tufts University and a Masters in Public Health from Tufts University School of Medicine. Shea is a Registered Dietitian and completed her Dietetic Internship through Simmons College. Shea is an active member of the American Dietetic Association, the Massachusetts Dietetic Association, the Dietitians in Business Communications Practice Group and the Food and Culinary Dietitians Practice Group. Ed also just completed narrating the documentary Shattered Hopes, the true story on The Amittyville Horror murders. He also most recently portrayed Henry Winkler's father, Ted Roth in multiple episodes of the USA Network primetime series Royal Pains. Ed is also currently touring the country in the one man show FDR which he has been starring in over a year and half. Ed just completed the Indie feature Should've Been Romeo with Paul Ben Victor and Carol Kane. Perhaps best known for his comedic and dramatic crossover as the gruff but soft-hearted journalist Lou Grant, the role he originated on the landmark TV news room comedy The Mary Tyler Moore Show and continued in the newspaper-set drama Lou Grant, which earned him five Emmys and three Golden Globe Awards. One of the most honored actors in the history of television; Edward Asner has been the recipient of seven Emmy Awards and 16 nominations, as well as five Golden Globe Awards and served as National President of the Screen Actors Guild for two terms. He was inducted into the TV Academy Hall of Fame in 1996. Asner received the Ralph Morgan Award from the Screen Actors Guild in 2000, presented periodically for distinguished service to the Guild's Hollywood membership. In March 2002, he was again honored by The Guild as the 38th recipient of the prestigious Life Achievement Award for career achievement and humanitarian accomplishment, presented annually to an actor who fosters the highest ideals of the profession.

Lynda Mitchell is the founder and president of the Kids With Food Allergies Foundation (KFA). Lynda knows from personal experiences that parents raising children with food allergies struggle to keep their children healthy and safe. To help empower and connect other parents of children with food allergies, she first organized the online group Parents of Food Allergic Kids (POFAK) in 1998. In 2005, to help more families, she organized KFA as a national charity focused on day-to-day food allergy education and support for families; its support forums are the preeminent online community for food allergies. She has a master’s degree in health information management and informatics, and lives in Doylestown, Pennsylvania with her husband, a retired naval officer, her son, and her two Labrador Retrievers.

Alexis Carra has been onstage since age 2. She has trained with Princeton Ballet, Boston Ballet, Nutmeg Ballet, and Alvin Ailey among others, and danced competitively for ten years. She received her BA in Theatre Studies from Yale University, where she danced and choreographed with the Yaledancers, and performed in various shows, including her own solo performance piece. At age 19 Alexis was offered a role in the 1stNational tour of the Tony Award winning musical, Fosse, and took a semester off from Yale to go on the road. She spent 2 months in Japan with the company, and 4 months touring in the U.S. After graduating and moving to New York City in 2003, Alexis has worked extensively on and off Broadway. Those credits include: Fame on 42ndStreet, Wicked, Sweet Charity(with Christina Applegate), and The Pirate Queen. She is on the cast album recordings of both The Pirate Queen and Sweet Charity.
