A few injuries are taking place, a fight broke out at Chiefs training camp and the Chiefs are going after another cornerback. Farzin discusses all of those stories, plus what he is looking for from the team in the second preseason match. 

The first preseason game for the Kansas City Chiefs is in the books, and it wasn't good. Farzin discusses how seriously we should take offseason practices and preseason games, whether we see good highlights or bad plays in games. Farzin also goes over some of the positives and negatives and what can be taken away from the first preseason game and what we learned from the Chiefs in this game.

The Kansas City Chiefs are set for their first preseason games, but are dealing with a couple of key injuries this week prior to their preseason debut. Matt Derrick of ChiefsDigest.com joins Farzin to discuss some of those injuries, as well as other Chiefs training camp news so far leading up to the first preseason game. Plus, one NFL player has a strong choice of words for his former team.

Chiefs quarterback Pat Mahomes has had an up-and-down training camp so far. Farzin goes over Mahomes' performance so far and how conerning his interception woes are. Farzin also discusses one defensive player who has been highlighted so far in training camp and why he will be the best newcomer for the team this season. Plus, Farzin goes over some NFL prop bets you can place before the season in Vegas and where some Chiefs players fall on these prop bets.

Training camp is underway for the Kansas City Chiefs, and it could start with a key free agent signing. Provided that he signs with the Chiefs, Farzin discusses what cornerback Brashaud Breeland adds to the team’s defense. Farzin also discusses Dee Ford as he tries to make his return to the gridiron. Farzin believes he is the most important player in training camp and explains why. Plus, one former pro athlete in Kansas City has been slammed for greeting Donald Trump in Kansas City. Farzin thinks we are letting the political views of public figures dictate our opinion of that public figure, and that is bad.  

We are one week away from the Kansas City Chiefs kicking off training camp. With camp just around the corner, Farzin discusses if Kansas City can compete with the best among the league and make a Super Bowl run. Oddly, the Chiefs have been able to do one, but not the other. Farzin explains. A lot of fans left trash out at the parking lot of Arrowhead Stadium after a concert. Farzin tells you what you could expect if this were to happen again. Pro Football Focus continues to praise the Chiefs as Farzin shares more of their articles and stats about the Chiefs. Former Chiefs player Dexter McCluster might be heading to the CFL soon. Also, ESPN aired a video game tournament this week. Can we expect more of this? Plus, four robbers are making it very easy for police to track them down. 

Farzin discusses Chiefs QB Pat Mahomes recently receiving Brett Favre comparisons again. It’s been a while since the offense has been discussed on the podcast. Farzin re-visits Mahomes and the offense going into the 2018 season and how they will do. In addition to that, Pro Football Focus rated WRs Sammy Watkins and Tyreek Hill first and second, respectively, in a certain category. Hear what that is and how that will help Mahomes. Plus, one former Chief has retired and blames his ex-wife for not being able to play. Also, LeBron James has signed with the Lakers, in case you haven’t heard. Despite finishing above .500 each season, there has been an area where the Chiefs have declined in each season: red zone offense. You may never have noticed it either. Farzin discusses Kansas City's red zone struggles and whether it can improve in that area in 2018. Laurent Duvernay-Tardif has his jersey request rejected. Farzin offers an alternative that the NFL should look into. Plus, is Tamba Hali coming back to the Chiefs? He seems to have hinted that on social media. Also, the Kansas City Royals are interested in a player who was once accused child molestation.

Patrick Mahomes has struggled in some of the drills in the early goings of OTAs. As OTAs continue, the Chiefs have signed four of their six picks, leaving only Derrick Nnadi and Dorian O'Daniel unsigned. Meanwhile, the NFL was heavily discussed after its new policy regarding protesting during the national anthem. Farzin reacts to that story, plus what one writer said he's been told.
