Make sure you keep enjoying what you do, don’t do it for other people and don’t do it for the wrong reasons, don’t limit yourself. Sure, the road of creating/playing is not always fun and positive but if that happens, just try to distance yourself for a little while and try to remember what you liked about creating/playing music in the first place. Play because you feel like playing, not because you feel like you NEED to play. Also, if you yourself are proud and happy with your material, others will be so too eventually.
