Dr. Dalian Caraballo is a board-certified family physician based in Miami, FL, at Your Family MD.  She was born and raised in Puerto Rico.  After residency, Dr. Caraballo worked in the field of urgent care and occupational medicine before moving to Florida. She served as the Immigration Custom Enforcement’s Staff Physician at the Krome Detention Center in Miami from 2013 until July 2018 where she took care of immigrant detainees, managed the medical housing unit and supervised mid-level providers.   In 2017, Dr. Caraballo opened my Direct Primary care practice with the goal to provide. Dr. Annette Ansong is one of the 20 amazing women in white coats nominated for the Women in White Coats Hero of the Year award. Annette K. Ansong, MD, FACC is a board-certified pediatric cardiologist.  The daughter of immigrants from Ghana, she grew up in the suburbs of Washington, DC.  For college, she attended the University of Virginia. After graduating from medical school at Howard University, Dr. Ansong completed her pediatric residency and pediatric cardiology fellowship training at Duke University Medical Center.  She enjoys patient care and finding innovative ways of improving that care.
