In 2008, Carol and her husband decided to leave their 80-hour work weeks and the constant business travel behind. They quit their corporate jobs, moved back east coast, started a family and decided to try real estate investing. Today they have done over 300 deals including their own flips, new construction, rentals, consulting with other investors, and lending. They have three best-selling books that they have written on the topics of flipping and negotiation.

At the young age 18, she became a real estate agent, then became a broker of record by 21, and now runs the largest real estate office in the Lehigh Valley area with over 200 agents working for her.  She is a business owner, developer, investor, and still has an active sales practice. She has built a business and a rental portfolio that she self manages.
