This week our very special guests Nate & Tim join us to answer some very important questions and share advice with us all. Tim declares himself the president of the Jess & Cindy In The Morning Fan Club (so we guess we have a a fan club now...) We learn what qualifies a drink as "coffee", we promote a Nate spin off "How to Talk to Girls" and Tim's spin off "Tips with Tim" and we dive into how we are intentional with our communication and marriages.
This week Jess is pursuing her dream job as a spokeswoman for good coffee (come on Coffee and Coconuts, throw us a bone…), Cindy has discovered an imposter Chi Tea Latte, Jess’s daughter explores personal expression, Jess & Cindy’s relationship survives a fit of jealous rage and Cindy’s son reminds us not to follow your heart. We talk about the levels of proximity in relationships Strangers (but not stranger danger), Acquaintances ( I know facts about you, but don’t know your name), Friends (Let’s hang out but don’t tell me how to live my life though…), Close Friends (co-dependent besties)...remember you get to choose who speaks into your life and if t you act on it! Being in your late 20’s and early 30’s can be WEIRD. Don’t give up on finding your tribe!
This week Jess wins her ground campaign to have her favorite beverage added to the menu at Coffee & Coconuts. Cindy discovers that she likes her drinks dirty. The 4y/o teaches us about yoga and we provide some top tips for making your space work for you.
This week Jess is drinking tea (what?!?) and has a frog update. Cindy tries to be a helpful neighbor and we are ready and willing to make your new years resolution for you! We also share how our families set big picture goals for the year.
