Kathy & I are excited to talk about Season 4 Episode 15 "A Rustic Italian Dream Home" from the HGTV Fixer Upper TV Show. Featuring a lovely couple from Northern California, Jenny and Ramil Ignacio, looking for a fixer upper with rustic Italian flair. Although Ramil would rather find a more move-in-ready home. Bringing their 4 young children to Waco to be closer to their family, the couple have find a nice home with great land, leaving them with a nice remaining budget for remodeling.

Welcome to episode 15, Kathy & I sit down to talk about Season 4 Episode 14 "Second Chance at a Country Home" on the HGTV Fixer Upper TV Show. This episode features Jordan and Rachel Barker, and their 3 wonderful children. The Barker's were looking to move out of the downtown Waco lifestyle and into the country with plenty of land. After a setback in their search for their dream home, Chip and Joanna are able to find a home within their budget and create a home with a European farmhouse feel.

Welcome to episode 14, Kathy & I sit down to talk about Season 4 Episode 13 "Tight Budgets and Big Dreams" on the HGTV Fixer Upper TV Show. This episode features a couple who are returning back to Waco after 6 years to raise their two daughters. The family have a modest budget and are looking for 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen and a big living space.

Welcome to episode 13, Kathy & I are talking about Season 4 Episode 12, "A Space in the Suburbs" of HGTV's Fixer Upper TV Show. This episode features a couple from southern California, Mary and Dustin Severn, who have two energetic teenage kids. The Severn family were looking to settle in Waco and in search of a home in the suburbs with a cottage feel.

Welcome to episode 12, Kathy & I sit down to talk about Season 4 Episode 11 of HGTV Fixer Upper TV Show. On this episode Chip and Joanna have a sweet surprise at the Magnolia Silos. They take a once old flower shop and turn it into a new bakery for the Magnolia property.

Brett is a young father of four looking to create a great family home focused on the outdoors and less about technology.

Kristen is a fellow designer and their is an interesting time crunch involved. They are expecting their second child within three months!

Welcome to episode 9, Kathy & I are talking about Season 4 Episode 8 of HGTV's Fixer Upper TV Show. This episode featured Kelvin and Culetta Beachum, and their family. With a special surprise from their son, Kelvin Beachum Jr. of the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Welcome to Episode 8, Kathy & I are talking about Season 4 Episode 7 of HGTV's Fixer Upper TV Show. This episode was titled "Traditional Goes Ultra Modern" and really was a nice little house on a great plot of land. The project was called "The Pick A Door House" and featured The Wixsoms, Dean and Brittany and their son, Baylor grads who had moved back to Waco from Colorado.

This episode was titled "A Veteran Home Makeover" and really was a touching episode for us. This was also a special episode because it was put together with help and support from the Family Of 3 Foundation started by Pro Football player Robert Griffin III. This Remodel benefited Vietnam veteran Bill Graham and his wife of 45 years, Sherry Graham. Family of 3 is a great non profit foundation that works hard to support and aid struggling military families.

Welcome to Episode 6, Kathy & I are talking about Season 4 Episode 5 of HGTV's Fixer Upper TV Show. This episode features a remodel of a farmhouse style home with beautiful land aptly named the "Big Country" house. John and Stephanie Eberle were looking to downsize and relax into retirement since their two children are now grown and out of the house.
