Avi Om Experience

The pencil is a magical tool. Sometimes we don’t realize the power, accessibility or inspiration that can be created by using just a pencil. This week I share my love for it along with the paper in this brief episode. 

The foundation of Avi Om Studio stems from the inspiration of this very important soul, Sarah McLean. Not only did she inspire Avianna to pursue certification into teaching Meditation but she has inspired me as well to do the same.

This week we have a special podcast with guest Guru Patrick - a gem in a small package. This was our first live podcast in the studio after being closed for almost a month. It was great to be back. 

This weeks podcast is a short ‘rant’ between what you say and what you do. Guess what…the Universe is listening to you so if you tell people you will show up - Show Up - cause the Universe will and it will be waiting for you.

This is part 2 of an incredible weekend Amy, who flew in from Minnesota to spend time with us. She won a contest and received an entire weekend of readings, workshops, interviews, dinners and a special podcast recorded right here.

This week we immerse ourselves in the path he has traveled from directing aircrafts to playing piano in a concert hall and recording well over 15 albums. He is a dear friend and an inspiration, sharing that a shift is always possible. I love words. Words can heal, but they can also hurt. Words form language and through language we communicate our experience. This week I venture alone into an Avi Om 'Short' with just ME, riding solo on the mic.  Through a meditation I received a download I decided to capture in my notebook and share on this platform.
