How to Regain Wholeness with, Radionics, | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:00:33

Don Paris, PH.D takes us through the history of, Radionics, and how the science of, Radionics, allows us to get information from subtle dimensional realities. • Don Paris, Ph.D. is a published author, speaker, video producer, and musician. His book, Regaining Wholeness Through the Subtle Dimensions has been published internationally in German, Spanish, Japanese, Portuguese, and English. He is known as the guru of the SE-5, the world’s most respected subtle energy instrument. He is well loved for his style of bringing challenging concepts into an easy to understand language and has been a popular speaker at the Global Sciences Congress, Congress of Spiritual Scientists and the United States Psychotronics Association. He has created the most detailed explanation of the principles of Radionics and the most advanced training courses in the entire field. He began exploring the subtle dimensions in the early seventies, and has now trained people in over 30 countries around the world in the workings of Radionics and the subtle dimensional realities. Don was awarded an honorary doctorate degree in Human Sciences from the International University of Vitalogical Sciences in Stockholm Sweden in 2000 for his work with the SE-5 and subtle energies. He and his wife, Ilona Selke, who work as a team, have contributed to radio and TV shows, and have been quoted in numerous publications around the world. They teach seminars in Quantum Psychology in the US, Europe and Asia. When not traveling to teach, they divide their time between their homes in the Pacific Northwest and Bali. In his work he had dedicated himself to bridging the barrier of the physical boundaries to the subtle dimensional realities. The History of, Radionics, Radionics, started almost a little over a hundred years ago. Believe it or not this is when electronics were just kind of getting off the ground. Radionics, got the name from the word radio because that was the technology that was around at the time it was discovered. Dr. Albert Abrams in the early 1900s and during that time period he was a medical doctor he was a medical genius doctor. He got his medical degree at age 16 and he too was young to practice, so he went to Europe and Germany and got another medical degree and then came back and started practicing medicine but this guy was an absolute genius and during that time period how they would diagnose a person. One of the diagnostic techniques before we had all this fancy stuff was they would do a percussion technique on the abdomen. They would tap on the abdomen to see if there were any sore spots so it was kind of simple and you know kind of like they do with the doctors do it now. One day he noticed that this patient came in and he tapped on his stomach for a minute it had this big hollow sound and it was like well that's kind of weird. He'd never heard that sound before and so he went home and he thought about this is strange sound. So he had this guy come back in. The hollow sound was gone and he's really puzzled about this. He decided to put him back exactly in the same place in the same direction and the hollow sound appeared again and this totally blew his mind. So he got to thinking in his genius mind what earth energies was responsible. After much research, he was able to detect various types of disease by the sound tapping made on the abdomen. Today if I put a resistance box in between the two people maybe I could filter out one disease versus another. We now have, radionics, which is computerized and a quantum leap from there but those very beginnings. I don't remember how long 20 30 years he developed these processes, he taught doctors all over the world and about this time is when Rockefeller started investing into pharmaceuticals and they formed the American Medical As...

How to Overcome the Pain of Domestic Violence and Child Molestation | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:01:07

My guest today shares her story of years of, domestic violence, she was verbally and physically abused by her parents and then continued the cycle into abusive relationships, one of them almost killing her. After her last abusive relationship ended, she discovered that he was sexually molesting her 7 year old daughter. Shermomicia tells a powerful story of how she is stopping the cycle of, domestic violence, and healing her family. SHOW NOTES Domestic Abuse and Childhood Trauma Shermonicia tell me your back story. I know you're studying for your masters right now but can you take us through your journey to this point in your life. I have three sisters and one brother. The four of us growing up with my mother and father they were both on drugs. My whole entire life was abusive. I am also a victim of sexual molestation. I was sexually attacked when I was like seven or eight. It was hard growing up with both parents on drugs. I have three kids with 3 different men who were all abusive. I'm going to talk about the abuse today is where the abuse that almost cost me my life I would say that my abuse started way before I even got with any man. My mother was very verbally and physically abusive. Every day she would tell me how she wished she never had us. She called us all kind of names so, I didn't have no self-esteem, none whatsoever. My father was abusive as well, he would abuse my mom. It led me to abusive men. I got married to my son's dad and he was verbally abusive. He left me and my son with no money and we got evicted. I lost my job because of him and we'd had nowhere to go, so my mother decided I guess you can come stay with me. So I lived with her for a little while and I was able to get back on my own feet to get my own place. I met my oldest daughter father 2 years after my divorce. We got together and I had his child seven months after we met. Four months after she was born, the abuse and , domestic violence, started. It lasted for four years. I was physically beaten not daily, maybe every other day. He was a monster. He really was. I have been kicked in my head, I have been punched and choked and slapped; brought up against walls dragged, through the house by my hair. He locked me in a closet, he used belts. I didn't want to sleep with him, two times he knocked me unconscious and he got so scared because he thought he killed me. Wow, domestic violence, is no joke. It is hard for me to write this. Shermonicia let's talk about what happened in the third, domestic violence, relationship. I met him in 2013 and right away we started a sexual relationship. He was always saying I don't want a girlfriend, I just want to have have fun. I got pregnant seven months after meeting him. So here I am, a third child by a third man. He used God to get in the door. He said God told me you're going to be my wife and he just he moved in. For the first 3-4 months the relationship was wonderful. He's was a, narcissist who used sex to control, He was very sexual he used sex with everything that he does, so after 4 months the verbal and mental abuse started. The pattern of, domestic violence, started again. He'd push me against the wall, he’d put his hands on me, but it wasn't like the first, domestic violence, relationship I was in. He propose and we were planning our wedding and fifty days before the wedding he called it off. He jumped on me in front of my children and walked out. About a month after he left he left, my seven-year-old daughter came to me and said he put grease between my legs. That kind of caught me off guard and when I went to him and asked him about it and he said she was hurting down there so I put grease. My daughter would not talk about it until I took her to a church group, the lady was sharing about how her father molested ...

How to Treat, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder in Teenage Girls | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:02:24

Post traumatic stress disorder in teenage girls, usually develops for girls who have been sexually abused, neglected, or abandoned. Author and social worker, Kenya Aissa joins the, Transform Your Mind Podcast, to share strategies to develop Life Skills and conscious programs for teenage girls with, post traumatic stress disorder. Google Play Transform Your Mind iTunes IN THIS EPISODE YOU’LL LEARN: How to cultivate consciousness and life skills for, Post traumatic stress disorder in teenage girls, Today I am speaking with author, Kenya E. Aissa, MS, is a Social Worker whose experience counseling girls, ages 12-22, has given her valuable insight into their thoughts on the validity of spiritual practice. As a primary counselor in a residential drug rehabilitation program created specifically for traumatized girls (one of only a handful of such programs in the U.S.), Ms. Aissa created and implemented a weekly spirituality group. In the next few years, she discovered that confusion, insecurity, and fearfulness are pervasive amongst girls, and they have few internal skills with which to combat these issues. Education and information about women’s spiritual lives are greatly lacking in our schools and in our society. For young women, this dilemma can result in: • • Banishment of all spiritual and/or religious beliefs, due to anger and disappointment; • • Adopting non-traditional practices simply for shock value, or to gain a sense of control; • • A sense of abandonment and loneliness born of fear, which may result in filling the emptiness with negative people, substance abuse, unhealthy sexual relationships, or early motherhood; • • Feelings of hopelessness, which may result in depression and other mental health issues. How did you transition your Masters in psychology and counseling into specifically helping, Post traumatic stress disorder in teenage girls? I started working back in the late 90s with my girls that were at a residential treatment center. I was really dropped into that position. I was a little bit blindsided actually, because I really wanted the job. I really wanted to work at a drug treatment facility. I really loved working with children and I already had the experience. When I got the job I didn't know that I would be specializing, that my caseload would be specifically, treating, Post traumatic stress disorder in teenage girls, I quickly gained the experience because I was with them all the time. I ran groups I worked with them and their families. I drove them from place to place. I did all kinds of activities with them, and so I had to learn really quickly how to work with, Post traumatic stress disorder in teenage girls, These girls were neglected, abandoned, sexually abused etc. I had a couple of girls that were very involved in gangs and so then there's all of the stuff that comes with being involved in a gang. Often there’s a lot of sex, a lot of sexual assault, sometimes unwanted pregnancies a lot of drugs. Then there’s a lot of fear because of the behavior. Then of course once the drugs become a factor that's another layer to the whole thing, because a lot of girls with, Post traumatic stress disorder in teenage girls, will get involved in drugs to mask the pain of their childhood. I had some girls who were prostituting. So there was there were a lot of things that I would say that every almost every kid had some sort of sexual abuse or sexual trauma.

How to Apply, the Law of Divine Oneness, to your Life | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 10:50

Welcome to the Transform your Mind - 5 mins with Coach Myrna. In this episode we will discuss, The Law of Divine Oneness, and how to apply it in your life. You may have heard the statement "We are spiritual beings having a human experience" well it is true. We are extensions of source energy also called God or the Universe. We are made up of a body, soul and spirit. https://play.google.com/music/listen?u=0#/ps/Iimch445b253cpvz5pitonusanq Most of us never expand our consciousness beyond the physical body that we can see and touch, but that is only one part of our true self. We came into this physical body with a purpose, and that is to grow and evolve. So we embarked on this game. We can call it the game of life or we can call it the matrix! We are living in a matrix! And just like the matrix, there are rules in how you play the game. The rules are the laws of the Universe. The first Law we will discuss is, The Law of Divine Oneness, If you are a bible scholar you will recognize lots of parallels between the laws of the Universe and the teachings of Jesus. Jesus came into his physical body with the awareness that he was a subset of God or God incarnate in the flesh, he understood, The Law of Divine Oneness, We are also a subset of God, that is why man can command diseases to leave the body and perform the same miracles Jesus did in the earth. Jesus most profound scripture tells us "If we have the faith as small as a mustard seed, we can command the mountain to move into the sea." I bet you have never seen anyone do that in the natural, but in the matrix you can! In Higher consciousness you can. I have heard of monks elevating their bodies and travelling from one place to another. So today I would like to start off episode #1 – 5 mins with coach Myrna, talking about: • The Law of Divine Oneness, It Means that we are all connected to one source. Everything we do effects the collective consciousness of the entire universe. That is why when we contribute to others and in some way make their lives better, it gives us the highest joy. The bible teaches that it is better to give than to receive and that is because when we give, when we share what we have, it makes us feel good. That is also why the word Namaste is so powerful. It means I see the divine in you. Put another way is, I see God's light in you. We are all God's children. We all originated from one energy, called the source. The Law of Divine Oneness, Everything in this Universe is made up of energy. The bed you sleep in, the TV you watch, the rocks in your garden, the car you drive and most importantly your thoughts. This energy is vibrating in circular patterns. Visualize a Ferris wheel. You start off at the bottom and circle to the top and then you are back to where you started. You can get off or you can continue circling in a continuous loop. This is the same as energy. It is circling and whatever we send out is what we will get back. Even though every object or thing is made up of energy, this energy is vibrating at different frequencies for each thing or object. Your positive thoughts for instance are vibrating at the highest frequency, while your negative thoughts are vibrating at a lower frequency. Just like light envelops darkness, your positive feelings and emotions can eat up your negativity and bad feelings. So always look for the higher vibrations of positive thoughts and feelings. Now we can take this further. If you attach the energy of emotion to your thoughts, it multiplies your energy. This leads to a quicker harvest or manifestation. Think of it as a super charged Ferris wheel spinning faster and faster! Your emotions are a good indicator of the frequency you are vi...

10 Ways, Childhood Trauma, Impact Adults in Life and Love | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1:02:27

10 ways that, childhood trauma, can sabotage your love life and relationships. Relationship Coach Riana Milne joins The Transform your Mind podcast to discuss, childhood trauma, and how it impacts our adult life. Riana is the best selling author of "Love Beyond your Dreams" and "From Fear and Doubt to Personal Power, Purpose and Success." For anyone who have had trouble maintaining healthy relationships, listen to find out if your have any of the, childhood trauma, that can affect your love relationships. https://play.google.com/music/listen?u=0#/ps/Iimch445b253cpvz5pitonusanq IN THIS EPISODE YOU'LL LEARN: How does, childhood trauma, impact adults in life and love? Riana goes over ten, childhood traumas, and relate them back to how they show up in our lives as an adult. To get the most out of this topic, Riana advise the listeners to Get a sheet of paper and make three columns. The first column you put “ME”, the second column you put “Your partner” and the third column you put “Your parents” because research shows, childhood trauma, go through the generations. https://www.iheart.com/podcast/269-Transform-your-Mind-29542107/ So here are the ten, childhood traumas: As I speak them remember that when you were child you're very young and innocent all you knew is what mom and dad modeled to you so there’s nothing to feel guilt or shame about. I don't want people to say no it didn't happen because they're embarrassed or they feel shame around it. If it is a fact, if it happened write it down. It is like putting a puzzle together. Once you know what your, childhood trauma, is and then how it's showing up as a for you as an adult. As a coach, I can start putting the pieces together and everything starts making a whole lot of sense. My favorite line is you can't change what you don't understand. Childhood trauma, #1 1. Addictions – as a child, did your parents have any addiction? Now we typically think of drugs and alcohol, but there's also sex addiction. If your parent was a cheater or watched porn, have an eating addiction, was a hoarder, spending or gambling, workaholism etc. There's 11 addictive behaviors. Childhood trauma, #2 2. Verbal abuse – Did you witness your mom and dad screaming and yelling at each other? The typical is yelling screaming but this also includes no verbal alkaloids, no compliments, not hearing I love you verbally humiliated, or put down, your opinion means nothing, or statements like “you'll never amount to anything.” Comments like that. Childhood trauma, #3 3. Emotional abuse or Neglect - Your parents were not around, being gone for long periods of time. Research also shows latch key kids let's say they came home from school at 3 o'clock and mom if they're in a single household mom had to work 9 to 5. That child is alone for two or so hours. There's anxiety around that. So that even falls under the neglect believe it or not. While we're out trying to support our kids there home alone. Childhood trauma, #4 4. Physical Abuse, Rape or Molestation - The rape or Molestation could have happened in or outside of the home. Physical abuse is being beat hit in any way other than the typical spanking like a quick spank on the butt. Research shows that spanking does nothing to help teach your child anything,

 Systemic Injustice – Immigration | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 51:39

Today I share my personal immigration story and how I am willing to help undocumented immigrants apply for, permanent residence, in the USA. I am recording this episode a few hours after God touched me and inspired a core part of my being to help with Systemic injustice immigration, I know that God touched me because I couldn't stop weeping. I know that our emotions signal our true self. Google Play From the moment I started worshiping God this morning during praise and worship I was plugged in. I felt reverence, I was reminded of what God has done for me in this life. He has brought me a mighty long way. Then my pastor Dr William Glover from Mt Hermon Ministries in Fort Myers, FL began his message. He said that today he was going to teach on the difference between personal evil and systemic evil. He explained that the evil that we do personally is usually between us and God. The husband who is committing adultery is hurting himself and his wife but it does not affect his neighbor. Then there is systemic evil. The kind that affects entire nations, cities and certain races or classes of people like systemic injustice immigration, is affecting the lives of a nation of families. iHeart Radio Pastor Glover gave us an analogy. Let's say that a farmer got inspired to get him a slave or slaves. He is then able to turn a bigger profit because his labor costs are low. The farmer in the next town decides that in order to compete then he also needs to get him a few slaves to bring his labor costs down. Soon all farmers have them some slaves and they write a law that the slaves are considered property and it is legal to own slaves as your property the same as purchasing equipment for your farm. These farmers feel there is no sin in treating men and women as slaves and property because it is legal. These slave owners could go to church and tithe on the profit from their plantation and feel that all is right between them and God because ska very is legal. The system and laws says that it is okay to treat the negros like they treat their animals. Pastor Glover went on to share several scriptures on what Jesus felt about injustice and specifically systemic injustice immigration, In Exodus Jesus teaches that strangers or Aliens should be treated the same as the citizens once they abide with the laws of the land. In Exodus the bible also teaches that a multitude of all kinds of people were delivered into the promised land. We could say he was talking about systemic injustice immigration, Catholics and Bishops pray for Families entering the USA Catholics from around the country will spend the coming days protesting the Trump administration’s treatment of families entering the United States illegally and learning more about challenges facing these migrants. A number of protests will take place this weekend and a group of bishops, including the head of the U.S. bishops conference, will visit the border early next week. Dr Glover finished his message talking about the current systemic injustice immigration, climate in America. You know the Trump administration no tolerance immigration policy. He shared two stories, one I was familiar with and the other was one he witnessed. He shared that he was in court once and was listening to a case in wh...

How to Dream Big in the Quantum Matrix | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 59:57

https://www.iheart.com/podcast/269-Transform-your-Mind-29542107/ Google Play Show Transcript Ilona Selke, shares The concept of dream big, is to not let yourself become small. Not just react to what life's dishing out. Today on the Transform Your Mind with Coach Myrna podcast. I am Coach Myrna Young and I am so excited to be talking to international best-selling author Ilona Selke. Ilona is travelling the USA directly from Bali where she spends seven months of a year. So envious, Ilona is promoting her new book, “Dream Big, the Universe is Listening” I want to introduce our topic by saying that you're not going to believe How the Universe is listening to me! Today we're going to be talking about shifting your reality in the quantum of matrix, I meditate every morning and then I go walking and meditate some more while I listen to podcasts. This morning I was listening to the Hay House World Summit podcast and the guest was Dr. Bruce Lipton, he was setting up that Quantum mechanics or the quantum field is the foundation for all Sciences. He said that Quantum mechanics is the foundation for all the sciences. And that Chemistry and Biology sit on top of the Quantum mechanics. When I came back from my meditation, I put a note in my journal that I needed to read some more Quantum books. Then as I going over our show notes, I noticed that your book is about the Quantum field and that we're going to be talking about Quantum mechanics today is that will fast track my learning! Yep, the Universe is indeed listening, Bruce Lipton's book title is “The Biology of Belief,” he talks about what he calls Epigenetics. I love the fact that you talked about the Matrix. Someone was saying that we when we watched the movie The Matrix, that it looked like science fiction; but we could be in something similar to that in real life. The subtitle of my book it's called, Dream Big, the Universe is listening, I know we have all these religions across the world and no matter who they believe the right version of God is, there is only one source. Let's just be honest, if there were multiple sources we'd have a war on our hands. Source multiplies itself and then humans interpret it differently. Formulate your prayer if you want to pray or if you meditate your visualization in such a way that the universe can decode your message. The Universe has its own language and we don't need to learn a computer language. Luckily we are endowed with a language, but most of us do it incorrectly. I want to help everybody do it in a way that the Universe will start listening. https://myhelps.us/podcast-sponsorship-transform-your-mind/ Today's episode is being sponsored by T.Y Waterproofing, serving the Atlanta area.  How to Fuel Your Personal Growth as a Millennial | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 50:10

Are you a Millennial or parent of a Millennial? In today's show we talk, personal growth, with the author of the Millennial's Playbook to Adulting, Ms Arika Pierce Show Transcript: Today what we want to focus on is giving Millennial's some clarity on, personal growth, and development. We both know that learning should not stop when you leave school. What advice would you give Millennials to keep growing? Millennials are in the growth stage of life, what advice would you give them? I know in your book you touch on quite a few, let me count them one two three four you know you've got a bit of a ten tips. We don't have time to talk about all the ten, but pick some of the top ones and share how you would advise Millennials to keep growing. I think especially after you get out of school and Millennials, are sort of over trying to learn from textbooks, people are just exhausted from that textbook and learning from your professors and things like that; but I do encourage Millennials to become students of life. By that I mean opening your eyes to all the things that you can learn from different people, new experiences just being open to continuing to stretch your horizon and to be multifaceted and to be just a well-rounded person. In my book, for example, I suggest things such as reading biographies about people that you're curious about or maybe who you want to know. Learn more about their path. I also believe that you should do things like watch documentaries on Netflix about different types of topics that you might be interested in or just want to know more about. I also think listening to podcast that's huge for me and so that's why I love your podcast. I listen to podcast really throughout my day on various types of topics, it could be something around expanding your mindset, it could be something around the news, it could be anything. There's so much out there that you can really stretch your mind and learn. Going to different types of events. I always tell people if you get invited, go to something and especially if it's something that you probably would be interested in doing. Go to the Opera, go to a hockey game even though you don't know what's going on, go to a book talk, go to a wine tasting, whatever it is just expand your horizon. Learning does not stop once you walk across the stage. You should always every day be learning more about yourself, about life, about other people, just always be curious and be a student of the world and of life. Awesome, that's some good advice I love the podcast one because that's a big one. I actually showed my mom just yesterday how to put podcasts on her phone. That's the space that we're in right now. I will tell you I started listening to podcast just to learn what some of the successful podcasters are doing. If there's something you want to learn, you go to an event, you go to book signing. That's why people write books. You can take ten years to learn something or you can take ten minutes to read how someone else did it in a book, and that's the purpose of books. Because I want to learn how to be better at what I do, I start listening to podcast, you would not believe how my mind has been expanded. I subscribe to TuneIn radio, so that I can research how that works and what Hot Talk radio was all about. I happened to come across the Hay House World Summit podcast and you would not believe what I've been learning. I listen to podcasts every morning when I walk. I walk for an hour every day so I that's my learning time and I my eyes are wide open because this podcast have guest speakers all the top people in the spirituality and consciousness and health space. I try to bring good content on this show so that people can plug in and hear something inspiring and mindset shifting. This podcast is not all about shooting the breeze...

I got really depressed because I was really feeling sorry for myself and then I got mad went into this deep funk. It wasn't until I discovered that I had the choice to b...

How Can Millennial’s Find Their Purpose | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 49:51

As Millennial's deal with adulting, they ask themselves, What is my purpose? What is the reason for my existence? Today on the "Transform your Mind with Coach Myrna Podcast", I interview the Author of "The Millenial's Playbook to Adulting", Arika L. Pierce The first step is to find your passion. This is where you find that you can be in it all day long and you don't feel tired and you don't feel bored and you're just illuminated and just joyful and and it's a great way to live your life. You know when you live a passionless life just because you're making money does not mean that you are living with passion. Let me share a personal story. My daughter always felt that she was supposed to be a Psychologist, getting her degree and everything. Along that journey she read Nelson's Mandela's book "A long walk to freedom" and decided that she needed to become a political advocate and she just switched right away. She applied and got into American University, the top political science university with no background in politics. Today she's working for a company right next door to the White House, and doing some great great work at Common Cause. I didn't even think about that until right now and that's what I like about the Holy Spirit or of my Higher Self things pop into my head. It is also an example of leaning your ladder up against the wrong building! My next question is a follow-up to the first and it is do you agree that we're all meant to do a certain thing on this earth? And what is your advice to Millennial's to find out their purpose? How Can Millennial's Find Their Purpose? Let's say using my daughter story that she didn't know what her purpose was. She went to school and maybe felt psychology is a job that can make her money that's where a lot of Millennial's Park right, so what advice do you give them? To answer your first question in terms of do I think we're all here to do something, yes I definitely believe that we individually are all here to bring some value or offer something back to the world. I believe some of us it takes longer than others but; I do believe we are all here to accomplish something and I think we probably give different weight to what we accomplish. Just because what you believe it is something small it can be transformational to somebody else. In terms of what I believe Millennial's can do in terms of finding their purpose, I actually think it starts with a very simple concept and that is honestly taking time to think and to plan and I think when we sit back and you when you look at your life if you plan it with the level of detail that you plan for example a vacation you'd be surprised about you know how much how differently you might view things. I recommend taking one hour a week to evaluate where you are and where you want to go. The timeline might be where I want to go this week, it might be where I want to go in the next year, in the next two years or five years from now. Whatever time period I feel I need to think about it and plan for at that time for example if you're thinking I hate my job, it's not fulfilling this is not my purpose. Then you know think about what would make you feel more purposeful? What are the types of positions or jobs that you would like to be in?
