Oliver lives the traditional martial arts values of Bushido. This interview was done just a few days after Oliver got the news that he would be cut from the UFC. This became a good topic of discussion - how to deal with setbacks. Lots of valuable lessons that are transferable to any path you choose in life.

The Danish word "Hygge" was a trend word the last few years but, as per Vogue and Elle, the 2017/18 trend word will be "Lagom".
