In this episode of “Get Outta Here!” hosted by AP travel editor Beth J. Harpaz, we’ll chat with Jake Coyle, film critic for The Associated Press, about some of the locations featured in this year’s best films. A few of them might surprise you.

But the travel guidebook publisher Fodor’s has put together a different type of list: a list of where NOT to go in the new year.
