RAW Artist Special with Visual Artist Amber Petersen | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1206

http://amberpetersen.cahttp://instagram.com/ambernphttp://youtube.com/c/AmberNPhttp://twitter.com/willabirdamberhttp://facebook.com/ambernatashiapetersenAmber Petersen leads an odd life. She is a Canadian mixed media visual artist who also acts, produces, and is an all around creator of creative things. She lives in Toronto, New York, and the deep woods of British Columbia. Her dwarf rex rabbit, Teacup, is always by her side. In visual art, Amber works primarily with acrylics and photography, and doesn't shy away from any artistic endeavour. Amber has studied art, acting, and filmmaking at the Victoria College of Art, Capilano University, and the University of Calgary. "In my paintings, I am drawn to creating bold lines and bright colours- something that catches your eye. I want to illuminate a space. In my photography, however, I am drawn to the opposite. Neutral, muted colours and desolate spaces. Finding the beauty in things that aren't commonly thought of as beautiful. In both mediums, though the end product differs, the process is the same. The process is what inspires me to create. And that is the process of following an abstract idea down the rabbit hole, not knowing what will come of it. My art is very impulsive."Her larger art pieces can be inquired about at art@amberpetersen.ca Smaller works can be found in her etsy shop: www.willabirdbyamber.etsy.comA large part of Amber's work includes custom orders and portraits. She can be contacted at art@amberpetersen.ca for inquiries.

Liquid Lunch Podcast - The Meaning of Life and the Meaning of Health are found in KarmicDNA and Medical BioSymBiology | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 2864

http://www.BioSymBiology.comDr. Richard Leach, Ph.D. BET, author of BioSymBiology and KarmicDNA, discusses with ThatChannel's Hugh Reilly about the personal meaning of life and symptoms and how they point to the steps you can take to get well and be healthy, happy, and prosperous as a natural part of our Life Experience.Medical BioSymBiology (life-symbolic-life-science) is the culmination of eighteen years of research, as the most detailed work on body symbology that has ever been presented. Volume One, is the first 240 downloadable files offered as an accelerant to finding the purposeful origin of any disorder in anyone’s stress history. Aside from being the most detailed holistic reference to the purposeful meaning behind symptoms each segment also builds a basic tutorial on human physiology and medical understanding. It’s all available for your use at BioSymBiology.comMedical Practice seeks to observe physical reasons for the cause of disorder but Medical Diagnosis often come to conclude that any given malady is stress related. Unfortunately, that diagnosis and a dollar will get you a coffee, while you ponder all the many stressors you have in your life. That stress origin of the cause easily becomes an overwhelming task to find that makes us give up in disbelief; "disbelief of our ability to find the stress," not that a stress exists as the cause of disorder! You may have thousands of stressors but your health tells you which stress causes what symptom, if you are listening. If a certain stress is the cause of disorder, then resolving that stress is the cure! This is the power of this extraordinary resource to understand what stress the body is complaining about in symbolic symptom. This resource enables you to search your stress history for the difficulties of causal life experiences that need to be resolved.True Healing is not just physical intervention; but a purposeful process using the wisdom of understanding life to resolve the dis-ease of life that body communication is reporting with symptom. This wise understanding of what body symbology is speaking about with imbalance of symptom creates a step by step process to purposful healing. This wisdom can work hand in hand with both conventional medicine and allied therapy, as a spiritually appropriate way to enable long lasting results in therapeutic success.Medical (adjective: health science) therapeutic practice pertaining to or giving evidence of the state of one's health:BioSymBiology (noun: Life-Symbolic-Life-Science) the study of symbolic meaningful symptom displayed in human health as accurate profound spiritual wisdom of life experience. Subsequently, the study of purposeful health condition changes as a symbolic story of life experience, reflecting back to the bearer, as intelligent spiritual guidance in a range of symbolic messages from balanced health to imbalanced symptom. No one should suffer endlessly without discovering the spiritual meaning and purpose of disorder in their lives, because that meaning and purpose defines the dis-ease experienced in life as the key to resolve in ending the struggle and suffering of illness, to find success in life!A Natural Language of Life Experience!Spiritual DirectionLife has meaning! BioSymBiology is the spiritual health language reporting up to date results of that meaning through symbolic symptoms. It's also a poignant recognition of the importance of personal choices and their affect on life circumstances reflected back in health. While the effect of good choices brings balance, exhilaration and longevity, poorer choices develop stress in life experience that is reflected in our health as imbalance, dis-ease, or illness. In these results, our health can be regarded as an ongoing communication of spiritual direction, like road signs, towards what...

Liquid Lunch Podcast - The Confident Food Shopper The Guide to Food Labels and Fables Dr. Thalia Charney's new book | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 1446

http://www.theclassroomdoc.com/blogDr. Thalia Charney promotes her book The Confident Food Shopper and discusses with ThatChannel's Hugh Reilly about the importance in food, nutrient factors and the value of healthy living.http://www.thatchannel.com 2017-01j-05 BIOGRAPHY Dr. Thalia Charney has been practicing Naturopathic Medicine in Toronto for the past 14 years. Based on her own personal health triumphs, her healing advice has always been firmly rooted in the old adage, Food Is Your Best Medicine. Although she has been pleased by the personal successes of her patients who have committed themselves to truly creating a foundation for good health, she has also become increasingly aware of the limitations around food and healing in a culture where we are acutely disconnected from our foods. She has come to believe that access to healthy food can only be secured when we become more conscious about the stories around our foods. And when we know those stories we cannot help but become impassioned and political about what we eat. In an attempt to open our eyes she has spent the last 7 years writing a four book series. The Confident Food Shopper: The Guide to Food Labels and Fables, her first book, is from where she draws much of her content today. The renowned Dr. Shiv Chopra, a huge advocate for transparency around food and the author of Corrupt to the Core, calls her book, "A ready encyclopedia on the best and worst of food labels.” Thalia’s branding of herself as The Classroom Doc speaks to her profound belief in the role of “Doctor as Teacher”. She wants not only to educate people but aspires to get them excited about food and hopefully a lot more critical about the information they get from food packages, food companies, media and yes… even Health Canada. She is delighted to have a captive audience and welcomes you questions and curiosity today and in future.BRIEF SUMMARY OF BOOKWhat is the difference between free-range and free-run eggs? Do you rely on suspect nutrient claims like low fat? Is it worthwhile buying organic? Are you overwhelmed by food packages? Introducing the most comprehensive and user friendly reference book to food labels. Enjoy great stories and political anecdotes delivered with expertise and wit.Make a permanent kitchen makeover by:• selecting the best quality oils, breads, yogurts, honey, coffee and more• learning how to red-flag suspicious ingredients• becoming savvy about food claims and certifications• discovering “hidden ingredients” like GMOs, package materials and heavy metals• benefiting from dozens of brand alerts and product comparisons
