In 2013, the police in Iceland shot dead a citizen for the first time in it's history. The national police commissioner apologised to the family of the man immediately, because this type incident just doesn't happen in the land of fire and ice. Murder and violent crime is very rare. Late one evening, in the small town of Ljungby, in southern Sweden, residents of an apartment complex are awoken by a loud banging noise. In the summer of 2011 a bomb goes off in the centre of Oslo, the capital city of Norway. The devastating explosion claims several lives, leaving hundreds suffering from various injuries.
