Donald Trump, Lebron James and an actual infant | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 39:14

The latest from the land of Trump. Plus, LeBron James and the Cavs could be in serious trouble in the NBA Playoffs. The U.S. Senate does something human for a change and we wax on potential new NCAA transfer rules and the Shea Patterson case. Don't miss JC and Joel breaking it all down. Show Rundown: The Big POS - Donald Trump held his first full news conference in quite a while this week, and while he didn’t make YUGE news, he touched on a lot of issues that the media have been clamoring to hear from him on personally, including the Special Counsel investigation, a possible North Korean summit, and “confusion” over new Russia sanctions. JC and Joel break it all down. Hot Takes - JC has some beef with Donald Trump over Donald Trump’s beef with Amazon. Joel praised the US Senate for welcoming another incontinent whiner to the Senate floor. POS Nuggets - The NCAA is tweaking its transfer rules. JC and Joel break down some of the possible changes pros and cons, and look at the case of former Ole Miss QB Shea Patterson. Meanwhile, Lebron and the Cavs continue to be the only storyline worth following in the NBA playoffs. Predictions - Speaking of the Cavs...how will their series with the Pacers play out? And will Michael Cohen flip on Donald Trump?

 Comey Chameleon | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 39:47

JC and Joel take a deep dive into the James Comey book release and media blitz. Also, why politicians that don't know sports shouldn't try to talk about sports and why sportswriting needs a check. This week's True Champions include a senator and a bear. Show Rundown The Big POS: JC and Joel delve into all things Comey, starting with a Culture Club reference. The former FBI Director has clearly gotten under the President’s skin. And Comey is clearly going to sell a lot of books. But both sides question his credibility and impartiality. Does Comey have a story worth telling, or is just cashing in on his 15 minutes? Is he ultimately believable, and how (if it all) will he impact the larger Russia investigation? Hot Takes: Joel piles on politicians doing sports fandom wrong. And JC takes issue with journalists doing sports reporting wrong. POS Nuggets: The NBA Playoffs are finally here, and with one game in the first round in the books, there are no real surprises other than the Cavs epic loss to the Pacers. Will King James recover and lead another run to the finals? Meanwhile, the NFL Draft is 100 days away and already generating plenty of excitement. JC and Joel break it all down. True Champions: Joel picks someone from the world of politics, while JC chooses one from the animal kingdom.

Exposed and the Expos | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 38:55

A dive into the madness that is the Trump presidency, including the raid on his attorney's home and official, the James Comey book and the implications. Plus, remember Syria? JC tells the world why he dislikes the Washington Nationals and wants the Expos back. Joel continues to have contempt for the month of April in the NBA and we predict what the House may look like post-Paul Ryan. Show Rundown:The Big POS: The hits just keep coming for the Trump Administration. The week opened with incredible news, as FBI agents in concert with the New York US Attorney’s Office raided the office of Trump Organization lawyer Michael Cohen. As more details emerge, it seems that law enforcement is focused on payments to women who have accused Trump over the years of extramarital dalliances, and a former doorman who alleges a Trump lovechild. Meanwhile, former FBI Director James Comey’s book is set to be released, and he’s embarked on a PR tour as the RNC has amped up efforts to discredit him. Hot Takes: Remember earlier in the week when Syria was a thing, and President Trump promised that Assad would pay a “big price” for gassing his own citizens yet again? Nothing has happened since, aside from Russia accusing Britain of the attack. JC has zero use for the Washington Nationals as an organization, and tells us why they’ll always be the Expos to him. POS Nuggets: Are we watching professional basketball, or professional wrestling? Silly manufactured controversies dominate the NBA leading up to the playoffs. JC and Joel break down the latest, what the NBA and MLB get wrong and how the NFL gets it right. Predictions: What will the House look like after the departure of Paul Ryan, and will the Senate advance a bill to protect Robert Mueller? JC and Joel look into the future!

Serious Syria mess and the Japanese Babe Ruth | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 45:24

It's a mess in Syria right now. Are there any options at all much less good ones? Plus, a great story out of Major League Baseball, speculation on the future of Paul Ryan, the Facebook stuff and a pair of deserving true champions. Show Rundown: The Big POS: Another chemical attack in Syria, and Donald Trump is promising a “big price” will be paid. But the geopolitical situation in Syria is complex, making easy solutions impossible. How will the United States respond, and what does the future hold for the region? Hot Takes: Shohei Ohtani is a 23-year-old freak of a baseball player, pitching and hitting with the kind of success that hasn’t been seen in a century. Will he Make Baseball Great Again? Plus...is Speaker Paul Ryan seriously contemplating hanging up the gavel? POS Nuggets: Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg will testify twice on Capitol Hill this week about privacy concerns and its efforts to conduct advertising elections more transparently. Is Congressional regulation of social networks around the corner? Plus, Joel is fired up about why April is the LEAST wonderful time of the year in the NBA. True Champions: Two from the world of...baseball? Yeah, you read that right.

LeBron, Mueller, Saban, Tiger and Trump Walked into a Bar | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 43:25

The latest news from Robert Mueller and the Russia investigation as it relates to President Trump. LeBron James vs. Nick Saban (oh my!). How will Tiger Woods perform at The Masters? Plus, is Trump serious about this caravan thing with the National Guard? It's a jam-packed episode of The POS Show. Show Rundown: The Big POS - Stop! Mueller Time! There have been a lot of tea leaves to read this week from the Mueller investigation. JC and Joel discuss the latest developments and where it might all be headed - Congress. Plus, we give shout outs to some A+ trolling of Trump’s woes with his legal team. Hot Takes - Trump promised so much winning that we’d be tired of it. Well, if this Trade War is what “winning” looks like, he might be right. We also take a look at the enormous distraction that is EPA Administrator Scott Pruitt, and why he might not be long for the Trump Administration. POS Nuggets - LeBron James vs. Nick Saban? Yes, it’s a thing and it could get ugly. LeBron is suing Alabama athletics to stop its barbershop series. Alabama is not budging. The only thing we know for sure is that there are some lawyers fixing to get paid. Also, we discuss Trump deploying troops to the Mexican border and how epically dumb it is. Predictions - Tiger Woods is back in good form at the Masters. JC and Joel make some bold predictions.

Boycotts, Borders and Basketball | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 29:58

It's a boycott bonanza as advertisers jump ship at the Laura Ingraham show. The President is tweeting about DACA and immigration again, and America scratches its head. Plus, a breakdown of the Final Four semis and who will win all the marbles. All this and more on this episode of the POS Show! Show Rundown: The Big POS - Fox News host Laura Ingraham is feeling the pain after nearly a dozen advertisers pulled their ads from her show. It all started when she went after teenage activist David Hogg for his rejection from four colleges. Hogg responded by calling for a boycott of her advertisers, which quickly led to big name brands yanking their ads from her air. JC and Joel break it down and discuss boycotts as a response to unpopular speech outside of the Ingraham case, and whether there is a “slippery slope.” Hot Takes - Do you even DACA, bro? Joel wants to know whether Trump legitimately misunderstands what DACA is, or whether he’s intentionally misrepresenting it to rile up his base. JC takes on some of the hype surrounding Spring Football games, and urges fans to just enjoy them for what they are. POS Nuggets - The Final Four is in the books, and the NCAA basketball championship is on tonight in San Antonio. Michigan is on a hot streak, and Villanova has been shooting threes like nobody’s business. JC and Joel make their picks. Also in Nuggets, Republicans and Democrats alike are complaining about Senator Mitch McConnell’s leadership style. What impact will his heavy handedness have on the Senate? True Champions - Joel picks someone from the world of women’s college basketball, and JC picks someone from the world of college football who could be headed to Hollywood.

Trumpcoaster and Colin | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 37:11

More change at the White House, plus the Head Ball Coach may not be done yet, predictions and why it doesn't even seem like opening day in Major League Baseball on the latest episode from JC and Joel. The Big POS - Is it a carousel? A roller coast? Or something that jerks your body around and makes you vomit that literally hasn't been invented yet. This week saw a Cabinet Secretary replacement, the last day of a Comms Director, and all told was probably the LEAST eventful personnel week recently for the Trump White House. What do all the staffing changes mean, and is the writing on the wall for Chief of Staff John Kelly? Hot Takes - Joel doesn't think anyone cares about baseball, and crowd shots of opening day today would seem to bear out his opinion. JC doesn't have much use for anything Colin Kaepernick says, but believes he ought to be playing football. POS Nuggets - There's a new targeting rule in the NFL, and it's confusing as hell. What will it mean for offensive ball carriers, and why does literally no one know the answer to that yet. Also in Nuggets...will the Old Ball Coach be calling ball plays from a sideline again soon? It's starting to look that day, as a new pro developmental league looks to staff up. Predictions! - The boys give their Final Four winners, agreeing on one but disagreeing on another. Plus...Joel feels indictments in the air but JC isn't buying it...yet.

 Cornucopia | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 35:13

JC and Joel pick apart gimmicks, talk Trump and the Final Four and award two true champions on the latest episode of The POS Show. The Big POS Lots of moves in and around Trumpland. A big Russian crackdown as 60 Russian "diplomats" are expelled. But is it the Administration's attempt to change the subject from a chaotic past week? Hot Takes Joel's Hot Take could land him in a very hot place. Meanwhile, JC weighs in on the possibility of ESPN finally cracking down on LeVar Ball coverage. POS Nuggets The Final Four field is set. Is Trump setting the table to fire Mueller? Joel and JC run down the latest news on the White House machinations.
