V-Groove started DJing in the mid 90s in mumbai as DJ VEERU. As a teenager with the love for music it became the right mix for a new Career. IN the year 98 his first break as a Resident DJ was in one of the most popular Night club called"Razzberry Rhinoceros", Since then there was no looking back.One Club after the other he moved as a Resident DJ in many Night Clubs in Mumbai and few other cities in India,He has shared stage with many indian and international artists, Also performed as a guest DJ across India and Dubai . He was one of the Winners of Times Music War of the DJS 2004 Mumbai finals After which he became a Resident DJ at Karma lounge(Mumbai).The concept of lounge bars was new to india and so was the music, It was not the usual main stream.At karma he mastered the art of playing chillout and upbeat lounge that moved on to house and progeressive as the night moved on.Here he diversified his music preferences from bollywood and commercial to progressive and melodic techno.But was still known as DJ VEERU in the industry who was good in puting a right mix of house,commercial english and hindi to make the party rock till wee hours of the morning. As the years passed he become more dedicated to progressive house and from DJ VEERU became V-Groove In 2008 he moved to his home town chandigarh for good and started to push progressive house in the tricity.he has been promoting and prforming along side local and talanted artists from all over india . his journey as a DJ for more than two decades has been really wonderfull and every new performance adds to it "A light heart and sound attitude love mixing with the progressive community". music is a universal language it just makes me understand you better.
