UAP is an organization which provides legal services to warriors of the armed services when our government fails them by enabling prosecutorial misconduct. From coercing admissions of guilt, the exclusion of exculpatory evidence, to their perspective commands utilizing the incidents as case study when the cases themselves have not yet been tried; hence, the spreading of scrutiny and presumption of guilt amongst the accused peers and potential jurors. We explore these scenarios through the discussion of a particular case. We focus on an incident which involved two MARSOC Marines whom have been brought up on charges such as Manslaughter that stemmed from an incident that occurred January of 2019 in Erbil (Ankawa) Iraq, resulting in the unintended death of another former Special Forces soldier and Lockheed Martin Contractor. Bull also discuss several cases of which prosecutorial misconduct have been proven yet the cases themselves have not been overturned. If you feel as if these warriors government has "thrown them under the bus" Roger up with your opinions. keep in mind this is a tragedy on both sides of the fence and the SOF community as a whole.
