 #119 - Every Discipline Affects The Rest | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 05:56

One of the main themes throughout the main works of Stoicism is the interconnectedness of everything. The Stoics taught that everything is connected, and that we as humans are all connected as well. In this episode Simon Drew focuses on the idea that every discipline affects the rest, and that every habit has the power to influence the rest of your habits. How you do anything is how you do everything, and so we ought to focus on doing our best in anything and everything that we do.  To contact Simon Drew: risetothegoodlife.com/contact/ One-on-one mindset coaching: risetothegoodlife.com/coaching/ Facebook: facebook.com/practicalstoicwisdom/ Twitter: twitter.com/Simonjedrew  WANT TO SUPPORT MY WORK? BECOME A PATRON ON PATREON: patreon.com/simondrew/
