DRUNK GIRLS BIBLE STUDY Podcast
Summary: We launch TUESDAY, MARCH 13th! Women's Bible Study. Real Talk about the Word. We have fun and your hosts Shaherah White, Angelique Ehat, and Natashia Deon are quirky and different, and we're excited about the Word like it's good gossip (Good News!). We don't fit nicely into any predetermined model of Christian womanhood, do's and don't. We are unique, as God says we are, and we want to show you how the Word isn't some confusing or difficult piece of literature, but real stories with a message. One that isn't just about people who lived thousands of years ago, but are here for you today, for a reason. We are not life coaches, or women yelling at you, preaching at you, or telling you how to be, but WE ARE women who are on this journey with you, dealing with every day life like you are, with its difficulties and successes, and even in our diverse approaches, we are His children, carrying a puzzle piece, too, trying to live according to His word and His purpose in our lives. Ruth 4 and our own Questions of the Day take us on an exploration of what's important to God. Did you know that the first half of the Book of Ruth was mostly about Naomi? And the book is called RUTH. Did you know that Ruth's name disappears from the end of her own chapter and becomes again about Naomi? Did you know that YOUR STORY was never just about you? Other people are playing starring roles right now. And as Angelique will say, "Your life & the mark you make on the hearts and minds of others matters."
Shrewd...with a heart like Jesus can save lives, redeem them, instead of something else. And we aren't mad at him. Boaz was shrewd and a good man and he chose to be a redeemer long before the big moment. He had already investigated. :) WE ARE LAUGHING FROM THE FIRST WORD "BRA" and we answer the Audience Question of the Day: Do you love a pop song like an Elvis song that also does double-duty as a praise song? :)
When you feel like you're on the outside looking through a window at the joys in everyone else's life, what do you do? Are you supposed to accept it and say, "This is my life now." Or is there something more? Join us as we wrestle with this question and others and continue in Ruth. It's SO GOOD. Romantic.

Is his character, work ethic, integrity and gentleness toward you what you want now? Or does he have some work he needs to do on his own first? 3) You are perfection. This week: How do we honor people who are over us? Is it blind allegiance because "God put the leader there"? Or is honor something else? Also, we love reading how Ruth was looking good and on mission with Boaz. Or was it just an innocent flirt? Thank you for being here!
