Last week we spoke to random people on the street to get their impressions of our industry- one-off anecdotal accounts on a micro level. This week we’re doing the opposite and getting a high-level macro view of the industry with Cyrus Bulsara, who runs PCR (professional consultants and resources) which is the go-to source of data for the beauty industry. He recently released his latest report and we’re going to ask him what’s in it.

Eric hit the streets of Santa Monica, CA to get the real story from the everyday client. What are their favorite (and least favorite) things about going to the salon?
