 Episode 4 - Crafted 1979 | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:13:32

2 Weeks into being open, I sat with Denver and Dan, owners of Crafted 1979 Bottle Shop and Taproom to talk about their crazy journey.  We covered the stories behind the pours, from their beginnings, their trips to FoBAB and Dark Lord day, and the approach they took when opening their Store.  We tasted some Hubbards Cave Fresh IPA V9 and cracked a whale of a beer in a De Garde Kriek Premiere.  The fellas were outstanding, organic, and authetic as all hell.  We got a surprise visit from Eric Anderson from Doc's Smokehouse in Mokena.  We covered a bunch, and I think you will be informed and very entertained.  Cheers!  Please go check them out.  Here is some info on the Crafted 1979 Website: https://www.crafted1979.com Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/Crafted-1979-603773063344313/ Twitter: @Crafted79 Instagram: @Crafted1979 Location:  19200 LaGrange Road, Mokena, IL

 Episode 3 - Will County Brewing Co. | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 01:03:10

I sat down with Headbrewer and part owner Jamie Albert at the soon to be Will County Brew Co. Taproom.  WCBC will be the first brewery to open in Shorewood, IL, and despite some small speed bumps along the way, they are scheduled to open in January 2018.  I had a blast talking about the space and the story behind it, and drinking what will be their first bottle release upon opening, Zero Year Anniversary.  Please take some time to check out their webpage and their Kickstarter page (Links Below).  They will be an awesome addition to the southwest burbs craft scene.  Jamie gives some insight on what to expect with the doors open from what kind of beers you can expect to find on tap, to decor, events, and other happenings WCBC's future.
