We’ll start the hour with Michael teaching at a recent Biblical Imagination Conference. Have your thinking stretched as we explore the topic of Hessed and “linguistic gravity”. Then David Dillard join us for an unforgettable time of conversation and music. We’ll start off with author Brennan Manning about his book titled The Rabbi’s Heartbeat. The conversation will center on how we all can develop an intimate relationship with Jesus. As part of the discussion Michael will play the new song based on this book. In the second half, Jazz Saxophonist Kirk Whalum joins us to talk about his journey of faith as he developed his career and grew in musical ability. Kirk brought his saxophone to the studio so we’ll hear some outstanding performances from his visit.

Then, we’ll turn our attention to modern urban issues with Dr. John Fuder. Dr. Fuder is the founder of Heart For the City, author of the Chicago Neighborhood Prayer Guide and works with Chicagoland United in Prayer.
