Dads Drinking Bourbon

One of the best things about being able to podcast at Whiskey Warmer this year was to get all the attendees involved in making a barrel selection along with the Dads and Justin and James from Barrels & Brews of Leiper's Fork Distillery's Col. Hunter's Single Barrel. In fact, this is the first time a cask strength single barrel of Col. Hunter's will be released. On a Sunday morning nestled in the Nations neighborhood in Nashville, TN, Pennington Distilling Co. awaits a release on Monday of their four year Tennessee Sour Mash Whiskey. They were also sitting on the news they were working with Ashley Barnes (former Buffalo Trace and Four Roses guru) and Monica Wolf (bourbon business guru) for the release.
