We had the chance to chat with Ivanti customer and Interchange keynote presenter, Steven Cvetkovic. Steven is the CISO at Swinburne University. We talk about IoT devices, security basics, changes in IT, and we tell a couple of IT horror stories. Plus, we're bringing back a fan-favorite guest host!

He also talks about his process of automating data problems and how that has opened his team for more opportunities. His team has gone from problem-chasers to strategic partners.
