#75 - Change Your Focus, Change Your Life | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 09:18

In this episode Simon Drew discusses the importance of the things that you focus on. What you focus on and the opinions that you have will, to a large extent, determine what you see and how you see it. If you believe that overall people are bad, your mind will show you people doing bad things. If you only focus on the bad things that happen to you, you'll probably start to see even more bad things happen to you. This is the state of our mind, but Stoicism offers another solution.  To contact Simon Drew: http://www.risetothegoodlife.com/contact/ Facebook: www.facebook.com/practicalstoicwisdom/ WANT TO SUPPORT MY WORK? BECOME A PATRON ON PATREON: https://www.patreon.com/simondrew/
