At the same time that revelations of sexual harassment of women at work and the rise of the “me too” movement were making headlines, a team of researchers from The University of Sydney were investigating the working lives of women. In this podcast, we talk with Professor Rae Cooper about The University of Sydney’s landmark study into what women want at work.
