Amazon FBA Seller Hacks For Private Label Listings - Q&A Selling Online - From Amazon FBA to Shopify, Digital Marketing and Facebook Ads | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 10:27

Amazon FBA Seller Hacks For Private Label Listings Amazon FBA Seller Hacks Today I bring you 2 quick tips to help Amazon sellers increase conversion rates on their listings. Tip number 1 is called the Designed in the USA Yes, there are ways around the Made in China stamp. Most Americans are very patriotic and will give preference to a product made in the USA, or in this case Designed in the USA. Well, your product has probably been designed in the USA, plus you will design the package, logo etc. So you can always find a way to add the American flag into a corner of your pictures. Either for the design or for being An American Company.   Amazon FBA Hack number 2: Have 10 Bullet points! What? 10 bullet points on Amazon.com? Yes, well… technically it’s only 5, but you can make it look like 10 bullet points. or even better, make it 6 or 7 bullet points. You do this by testing a number of characters it takes to jump to line 2 of the same bullet point. then you Capitalize the beginning of that sentence, just like it was another bullet point. IT’S IS VERY IMPORTANT that you check your mobile listing since the majority of your traffic will come to your listing using a phone.   Now the most important thing about changing anything in your listing is to track the results to know if it is actually working, or if it is harming your conversion rates within Amazon. So you can go to reports – business reports and track all stats up until that date, and… also make sure to track the PPC stats up until that date. This will give you peace of mind because certain changes can reduce or increase your CTR and CPC. The other way or doing the A/B testing (or split testing) is by using automated software like splitly that will do all of this for you, and even more.   Hope these help, and if they do, please let me know   Thanks QA

Amazon Seller, How to Stop a Hijacker in Less Than a Minute | Ep #50 - Q&A Selling Online - From Amazon FBA to Shopify, Digital Marketing and Facebook Ads | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 3:20

Amazon Hijacker How to Successfully Remove Amazon Hijacker From Amazon FBA Listing Amazon Hijacker destruction, The trick is very simple. Before I start, let me warn you that this is not white hat, meaning this is not the standard way of fixing this problem. First, you will try to contact the other seller and ask nicely to remove the items from your listing. Allow him/her 24 hours to reply. I would insist one more time if they didn’t reply to the first message.   Here starts the easy way to remove the Amazon Hijacker: Get a prepaid credit card with zero balance (you will only need the numbers) Enter the card numbers into your Amazon Buyer account. First, buy 1 unit of his product so you can have a picture to send to Amazon, in case he comes back Now go to your Amazon Hijacker’s product and buy it all with that credit card. Of course, it will not cost you a cent, because the card is empty! Now he his “OUT OF STOCK” and will remain this way for the next 5 days. Amazon will email you daily asking you to update your credit card information After they 5 you have the option to enter the same card number, or do nothing and hope that he learned his lesson and will move along The Amazon hijacker will never even know what happened! This is it for today, but I still want to type a few more character because I want my SEO to be great, and if the count is below 300 Characters it will not be perfect. I also need at least one link so I will refer you to a sales Funnel software that is making millionaires every day it is Click Funnels (affiliate link for you to buy me coffee )   This is a tip, on how to get rid of A Amazon Hijacker in less than a minute Thanks QA

Amazon FBA Hijackers Increase Your Sales And Keyword Ranking | Ep #49 - Q&A Selling Online - From Amazon FBA to Shopify, Digital Marketing and Facebook Ads | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 14:59

Believe it or not, Amazon FBA Hijacker can be the best thing ever, for your sales velocity! Since day one of Amazon FBA school, you have learned how bad these hijackers are… But, what you didn’t learn from these podcasts, FB groups or blogs was, that they can be very helpful bringing you to the top ranking for your main keyword. How do they do this? By giving you targeted sales to your most favorite keyword? And how will you get people to buy his product using your main keyword? By doing it yourself! Yes, you buy the hijackers product, but not all at once, you buy 1 by one, several times a day. And… every time you go to buy one, guess what? You search for your main keywords and then buy it. Not only that but since he is now selling against you ( as a competitor) you now can review “his” product (although I don’t recommend you doing so) For those of you that don’t want to buy the product from this Amazon FBA Hijacker, you still have the option to remove him the old school way, by buying one product, shipping it to yourself, and then getting some pictures to Amazon to tell them this is a Fake product. Normally, in this case, you would proceed to give him bad feedback ( I recommend not doing that because he knows your account and may be a temperamental person) And the last thing you want is someone pissed at you giving you bad reviews and feedback, daily.   There is an option to get rid of an Amazon FBA Hijacker  Immediately (Yes I write Amazon FBA Hijacker this way for SEO purposes) You can remove a hijacker from you Amazon listing within 1 minute! To know how to remove this seller from you FBA listing come back tomorrow to read about it, or simoly listen to Podcast episode #50   Thank you for reading and / or listening   Qa

How to have more free time and perform double the work | Ep #48 - Q&A Selling Online - From Amazon FBA to Shopify, Digital Marketing and Facebook Ads | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 5:35

Hire a Virtual Assistant Go to Upwork  and do a search for VAs If you don’t have an account already, go ahead and create one, its free You will be surprised with the amount of super skilled people offering their services. Over this past weekend, I hired myself 3 VAs, to help me with random online tasks. During the hiring process, i saw the resume of one lady who had Product research for Amazon and eBay, so it caught my attention. I looked through her jobs performed and she had a very long lasting job doing exactly that, for someone else. I asked about her past jobs and she gave me immediately 3 gems that I wasn’t aware of and may increase my business big time. I hired her also, and after buying some software she needed I gave her all my logins and sent her to work. All logins are stored in a software called MYPASS   So, if you want to do yourself a favor, I say go have a look at all the skilled workers on upwork and write down all the tasks you do on a daily or weekly basis. Then decide which one of these tasks you don’t want to do, or the ones you are ready to give up. When you give these tasks to someone else, your brain will be free to do more important things. Thanks QA

How to Focus on 1 task and how to decide what task comes next | Ep. #47 - Q&A Selling Online - From Amazon FBA to Shopify, Digital Marketing and Facebook Ads | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 4:59

How can I focus on a task and how do I decide the next task Normally I answer questions, but today I have some questions myself. How do you focus? What techniques do you use? |What software do you use? How do you decide what task to do next? I know this is called the millennial ADD, and you don’t need to be a millennial to get this bug! I often find myself jumping around and around starting tasks and new projects, doing product research, starting a new business, checking Etsy, Facebook, Amazon, etc. I have 32 Facebook ad campaigns running and 11 started but not running, either because the produts or service they will be advertising is not finished yet, or simply because something else popped up. I currently have 3 VA’s (Virtual assistants) so, the routine jobs that need to be done daily, are assigned to them. But, I now need to direct more of my attention to a “Non Online” business I own part off, in Fort McMurray, AB So I need to work on staying focused to create a marketing campaign for our grand opening of a new physical location Downtown   Please send your ideas and answers to quin@quinamorim.com or use our Contact Us Tab on this website   Thanks QA

The 1 Secret That Can Change Your Amazon Private Label | Ep. #46 - Q&A Selling Online - From Amazon FBA to Shopify, Digital Marketing and Facebook Ads | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 12:17

Amazon Customer Insights The 1 Secret That Can Change Your Amazon Private Label Yes you read that correctly, this secret (not so secret) can actually change your Amazon FBA game So, what is this secret? The secret, that is actually not a secret, is something that Amazon Offers to sellers, just like Facebook offers to advertisers. Audience Insights! Amazon calls it customer insights. Let’s start with what these customer insights are. Amazon, just like Facebook has huge data stored about their customers. Customers buying habits, how often they buy, how much they spend per visit,  where they live, categories that they shop at, etc. Same with Facebook, except FB doesn’t sell anything (technically) Facebook can tell you: The people that drink coffee, on average are between 23 and 65 years old, like cats, are married, went to college and like a FB page called “We love washing windows”. ( These are just random examples, and FB will show them by Percentage) Amazon has the same kind of insights, but the targeting is more direct. Actually, it’s so direct that it’s retargeting! Amazon will let you send pools to their customers, just like you would email someone on your sequence. You can, for example, target someone that saw you listing for weight loss supplements, but left without buying. You can ask these people 5 questions about why they didn’t buy. And… at the same time, they will see your main picture and a link to that product! Now, how cool is that? (Manny would say: ” Pretty cool I think!”) you can just send it to, let’s say 500 people that have bought your product before, and ask them what they liked most or least Ask if the price is high, or what color they like the most. You can ask the question, and give them 5 answers to choose from. Wow, this is amazong! (Amazon + Amazing) I actually did a domain search just now for Amazong.com and Amazon owns it, hahaha nice. This is obviously a paid service! But… yes, there is a but. You only have to pay for each one that replies. How many responses will I get? You determine how many responses you need. We will help gauge the feasibility of getting your desired responses based on your targeting criteria. The minimum number of responses required to run an Amazon Insights project is 100.   So, what are you waiting for? Oh yeah, you are waiting to know, where to find the Amazon Customer Insights link. HERE Go to your seller central, to the performance tab (only works on the .COM site) use the drop-down and the last tab is: Amazon Customer Insights From here you will be able to see it by yourself, as it is self-explanatory.   I hope this helps you, as this is the best tool released by Amazon, besides the AMS and PPC Thanks QA

How can I sell T-shirts online without even needing a website | Ep #45 - Q&A Selling Online - From Amazon FBA to Shopify, Digital Marketing and Facebook Ads | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 14:50

What Is Merch By Amazon And How Can I Join Christie wanted to know more about the Amazon T-shirt printing program “Merch By Amazon” This is the free module Amazon has to allow you to design T-shirts for them to sell. You design a t-shirt and upload to Amazon Merch, you decide the price of each shirt, and you also write the text that describes each shirt. As a result, Amazon will give you a royalty of every cent above $11.51. For example, if you make a T-shirt that just says ” I love to play outside” and list it for sale for $40, Amazon will give you $28.49 every time a shirt sells! All of this is 100% risk-free, as you will never have any expenses, and… Amazon will not allow you to sell at a loss! To Join the Amazon Merch platform you need to be invited, but you can request to be invited. Go to www.merch.amazon.com/landing and click the orange button that says ” request invite” Sometimes it could take up to 6 months to receive an invite from Amazon, but it can also happen in less than 24 hours, just like it did to my sister Ann. In order to create designs to Amazon Merch, you will need to have at least 1 of 3 different kinds of software. I use Adobe Illustrator You can find Adobe Illustrator Free Demo Here and if you decide to buy after it expires it will cost $9.99 every month. Upon joining, Merch will give you free templates you must use to create your designs using this template. You can design T-shirts with only using the front or t-shirts with front and back designed. In order to learn as you go with Merch By Amazon, I recommend joining Facebook groups, one of them which is actually called Merch By Amazon and run by the Tee master “Chris Green” I hope this helps you get started with Merch by Amazon In Addition, it helps you start a free business selling T-shirts that generate you some profit   Thanks QA

How Some Use Black Hat to Get High Voted Wishlists | Ep. #44 - Q&A Selling Online - From Amazon FBA to Shopify, Digital Marketing and Facebook Ads | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 10:28

Black Hat Technique For Voting and Wishlists Today we have a question from Andy, who already asked one before. How do some people get so many votes for the wishlist? Well, first I will explain that the wish list is something that Amazon has created to give people the option to add items to their wishlist in order to share with family and friend to get it gifted to them in the future. Most use black hat techniques like the Diablo traffic bot. The Diablo traffic bot can be used to generate votes,  adds to wishlist. Amazon gives some ranking to products that have big wishlists, so some people use this black hat software. If you want to build a brand, you need to be safe and stay away from all black hat techniques. Always go wide when building a brand, and use proven white hat techniques. If you want to build your brand strong and healthy, never risk your accounts for the short-term gains. Several companies offer services that help boost your rankings, and all they do is use black hat software like Diablo Traffic, or other black hat services that can get your accounts locked without you even knowing.

Part 2 - How to start a podcast step by step | Ep. #43 - Q&A Selling Online - From Amazon FBA to Shopify, Digital Marketing and Facebook Ads | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 20:26

This is part 2 of how to start a podcast. In this series of 2 episodes, Quin breaks down step by step how to start a podcast using WordPress as a show notes holder and hosting the episodes themselves. The free software used to record sound and edit it, is called Audacity. Here is a step by step video showing you how to do it.

How to start a Podcast step by step | Ep. #42 - Q&A Selling Online - From Amazon FBA to Shopify, Digital Marketing and Facebook Ads | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 23:04

How to start a Podcast step by step. Episode was broken in 2 Today I have a question from James: – Can you please walk me throw the steps of creating a podcast as if I knew nothing (which I don’t) Okay, I will try to teach you step by step how to create a podcast. First, this is to pick a name for your podcast and to see if the domain name is available for the name you picked. I recommend using Namecheap.com to buy your domain name because if you buy a domain name at Godaddy you will get 100 emails and phone calls from SEO spammers. And because Godaddy will charge you for anything they can, even if you didn’t know you subscribed to something. Now that you have your domain and the show’s name picked you should get a WordPress blog to host your show and the show notes for every episode. If you don’t already have a host, you can use any of the below hosts: BLUBRRY LIBSYN Download a free software to record your voice and edit it after. This free software that is used but most podcaster is called Audacity and you can find it below: AUDACITY FREE SOFTWARE      Sound recording and editing software Create an account on Blubrry so you can track your downloads and know exactly how many people are listen I will be making a video explainer showing myself creating a podcast from scratch.   Thanks QA

Buying and Selling Online Businesses Themselves | Ep. #41 - Q&A Selling Online - From Amazon FBA to Shopify, Digital Marketing and Facebook Ads | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 13:00

Selling Your Online Business On Flippa or Empire Flippers Before I start I would like to remember the difference between an online business and a website. A website is not necessarily a business, and not all businesses have a website. But, with that said, some websites are just… websites! When starting an online business you should always write down what is the goal of that business, and what are the plans for the future of that business. Most entrepreneurs start an online business, with the intent of selling the business itself! So, even if you don’t plan on selling, things can change in the future because Life happens! Make sure to have all your ducks in a row. Get a business bank account to make sure you know what you spend in the business and what enters this business. If you are selling online, make sure that all payments are going to that business bank account, and your PayPal is also set up that way. Stop using your personal information and accounts even if you are the sole proprietor. Make it official and make it professional. Get all your paperwork organized for tax season, and make sure to get all expenses under the business name, instead of being on your own. If spending a few buck a month is an option, get an accounting/ tracking software like QuickBooks, FreshBooks, Sage or others Make sure you know how much PROFIT  you are generating, and learn the meanings of NET PROFIT,  PROFIT, ROI, SALES VOLUME, MARGINS, etc.   Do you have VA’s or any employees? Keep track of payroll as a business expense. And… do a search for Government grants, if you qualify for any, as sometimes they may be able to pay a big percent of your employee’s wages. (not a ninja business selling trick, but it will help for sure if you get paid for having assistants) If you are dealing with China, make sure to get real invoices for the goods purchased, and always keep the bills for customs, duties, transportation, etc.   A quick preview of today’s episode: I have been super excited about an online business opportunity that popped up on Flippa. But today the deal went sour! The site was a custom built the service provided was unique and the owner didn’t have any proof of revenue. The business didn’t have its own bank account, no taxes done, no way to track growth. They actually had a handwritten booklet where the income was supposedly tracked (I mean, I have something similar, but that is for my own quick access just to be a bit more organized) Long story short, I did not proceed with the purchase of this “really cool” business and it bothered me that I may have lost a great opportunity and so did the owner. The site was for sale at Flippa.com, a site I have been using since 2009 ( on the air I mentioned 2007 but went back to double check and sure enough, I was wrong) You could buy and sell websites and blogs. Nowadays you can also buy domains, apps, and Amazon FBA businesses The newer, better-organized website and online business market is (in my opinion) Empire Flippers (empireflippers.com), where it is mandatory to have a full revenue disclosure with proof and to access that date the buyer needs to sign an NDA (non disclosure agreement) The show will be named: Buying and Selling Online Businesses Themselves, and it is episode 41 of Q & A selling online   Hope this helps someone out there, and if it helped you, let me know Thanks QA

How I got my number one keyword on the 1st page of Amazon with 1 click | Ep. #40 - Q&A Selling Online - From Amazon FBA to Shopify, Digital Marketing and Facebook Ads | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 8:29

First Page Of Amazon With The Click Of 1 Button Today I received one of my seasonal products to sell both on amazon.com and Amazon Canada. I had never sold this product in the Canadian market but had sold it in the USA for 2 years. It had been out of stock, with the listing closed since the end February of 2017. I originally closed the listing, after purposely letting it run out of stock, in hopes of keeping some BSR, but that didn’t happen. Today when Amazon emailed me saying that the full order had been received on the American warehouse, I rushed to check the BSR and it had gone form about 30k to 2 Million. But… when I searched for my main keyword, it showed up on the 1st page (8th place), and at the time of closing the listing, I was not on the first page for the main search term. It is very exciting for that to have happened and I will try to milk this the best I can. Tomorrow I will ship them to the Canadian market, as I also received my Fedex order in Canada today. So, technically I go a product on the 1st page of Amazon (per keyword search) with the click of just 1 button. ( The “Re-activate listing” button) Thank you for reading and listening to the show   QA

Online Store Scripts You Can Use To Sell Online | Ep. #39 - Q&A Selling Online - From Amazon FBA to Shopify, Digital Marketing and Facebook Ads | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 13:34

Online Store Scripts You Can Use To Sell Online Before I start, I want to let you all know, that although I have tried almost every online store script and online selling platforms, there are 3 places that generate 80% of all my online passive income (not really so passive, since I work 10 to 12 hours per day on my businesses) The top 3 places/ platforms for me are: Amazon  (Seller Central ) Shopify Click for Shopify.com ClickFunnels  (Click for a free 14-day trial) So, now let’s jump into the show: The last episode of the Q&A selling online I mentioned the existing platforms to sell online (in someone else’s backyard), like Amazon, eBay, Facebook, Etsy and etc. But I was asked why not just use an online store script and host it on my own server for free. I still have a few web stores that are not hosted on Shopify. I still use 2 from a script called XYZ, and it is a Kijiji clone. (very elaborate script) I have one of these scripts with geolocation activated, so I created a different home page for each user depending on their IP location at login. I also have 2 online store scripts from iScripts, the Multicart software. 1 is a dropshipping business I own, but don’t run anymore, the second I use for Brand and product awareness for one of my big generic brands. I don’t sell anything on the store, but I showcase all my PL products. Another available option, that I have used in the past, but don’t use anymore is woocomerce with a WordPress site. Another online store script I used in the past, when I had a cat bed dropshipping business is Prestashop. This is also a free script, that will make their money from selling you themes, services, and upgrades. It is a very elaborate and pretty cool software. Next in line we have OpenCart, another free script with the same upgrade formula Not to forget about Magento,  is the free open source E-Commerce software from Magento. You can control almost every aspect of your online store, right from product presentation, content, merchandising, analytics, and etc. Another great option is osCommerce, also an Open Source eCommerce solution for the online business community. One more for the road… is X Cart, this is probably the most expensive of all ( taking into consideration that most of the ones I talked about are free open source) this one can cost u to $6000 for a 1-time payment full license. But, if you want to start from scratch building your online empire, I do not recommend getting a free script (seems like I am not making sense, since free is good for starting) , but in reality you want to start with a platform that is going to bring the customers to you almost for free. The most expensive part of any online startup is getting eyes on your product because nobody will know about your website or how to find it. I recommend starting with eBay or Amazon, doing some retail arbitrage( for those with limited funds) and Private Label on Amazon, with a backup Shopify store and sales funnel as a landing page opt-in capturing emails to retarget customers at a later date ( I would use clickfunnels for this)   Tha is all for today I hope this was some great value for you, and if you have any questions, please contact  me anytime at: Send a voice message <—Click there and an option to leave a voice message will show up on your right side Or just click HERE to leave a written message   Thanks QA

How to increase organic sales without PPC | Ep. #38 - Q&A Selling Online - From Amazon FBA to Shopify, Digital Marketing and Facebook Ads | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 17:52

How to increase organic sales without PPC A quick coffee with a friend revealed some free ways to increase exposure and gain organic sales. He only sells on Amazon and his Shopify store With hundreds of online platforms out there, there is no reason to limit your accounts to only 1 or 2. Since most platforms are free to sell at, and only charge a commission if you sell, there is nothing to lose. Go ahead and register seller accounts on all the platforms you don’t already sell your products at. Very easy and maybe the lowest hanging fruit is Facebook stores. These connect super easily to any existing platforms and auto-uploads your products, descriptions, and pricing. Then there’s eBay.com and eBay.ca, this is where Quin started his dropshipping in the late 90’s. At one point ebay must have been the biggest eCommerce platform in the world, but now it has lost its charm and fell into the hands of Chinese sellers. You also have the 2 related sister sites Jet.com and walmart.com Other online selling platforms we have: Newegg.com and .ca  Etsy.com  opensky.com  bonazna.com  groupon.com cafepress.com  macys.com target.com  depop.com custommade.com Etsy and Amazon Handmade (handmade stuff) sell.com the crappy one Buy.com  that is now Rakuten.com   Besides these, remember you can always post ads on classified sites like Craigslist and Kijiji Hope this helps   Thanks QA

50 Million for 2 Pizzas - The Bitcoin Pizza | Ep. #37 - Q&A Selling Online - From Amazon FBA to Shopify, Digital Marketing and Facebook Ads | File Type: audio/mpeg | Duration: 12:23

The Bitcoin Pizza story, how a programmer paid 10,000 bitcoin for 2 pizzas. Back in 2010, Florida programmer Laszlo Hanyecz talked someone into accepting the 10,000 Bitcoins he’d “mined” on his computer in exchange for two pizzas. “It wasn’t like Bitcoins had any value back then, so the idea of trading them for a pizza was incredibly cool,” Mr. Hanyecz told the New York Times recently. In those distant days before twerking went mainstream, Hanyecz estimated that each Bitcoin his computer had earned through basically crunching numbers was worth a fraction of a cent, like the cash value of a coupon you might receive in the mail, only much less. So at the time, it seemed like something of a coup to score two piping hot pies with money that some software had essentially willed into existence through some fringe mathematical magic. Always remember to keep your eyes open for opportunities. Failure will always happen, but in the case, you succeed, make sure it counts   Thanks QA
