We combed through the entire 90-man roster and talked about where the biggest battles are. Free agent cornerback Tramaine Brock was in town for a visit. What would his addition mean? Finally, we shared our best guesses about what the rumored roster tweaks might be that could come in the form of a trade or late free agent signing.

In the third episode of Real Hawk Talk, Brian gets a in-depth look at the Seahawks in an interview with Q13 FOX sports director Aaron Levine, before Jeff Simmons joins the show to break down the Seahawks with some training camp questions for Brian. Jeff Simmons scores and exclusive interview with Seth Wickersham of ESPN the Magazine. They discuss Wickersham's explosive article about the reverberations of the Seahawks crushing Super Bowl loss to the Patriots. Hear the story from the man who researched it and first told it.

Jeff and Brian get things started with a show full of offseason review and training camp anticipation. 1) Intro -- Thoughts on the Seahawks offseason and our recent series of articles on the seahawks identity crisis. 2) Russell Wilson discussion -- lots of variance in opinion on him this week. Clayton him had over Brees and top 5 in the league in his ranking. Andy Benoit had hm under Flacco and Carr. Silva (on Rotoworld) have him as a top-4 fantasy QB, and Bucky Brooks had some harsh words for him on Twitter. What should we be expecting this year? 3) Do we buy the offseason hype. We break down the following players |and feel free to bring up another guy George Fant -- new body, time with Walter Jones, praise from Pete - and ill want to know your starting ol prediction. -Eddie Lacy -- new diet, hit all his weight mark, new team, etc - Jeremy Lane -- Pete hyped him up hard to end the mini camp after down year. 4) Training camp preview -- fun game. We do a fantasy style draft. we'll go back and forth each pick 5 players we're excited to monitor/follow at this year's camp and give explanations why and we can each comment on each's other pick. 5) Breakout players and what to make of Ifedi, Reed, Vanneett -- We'll mention a few players we can see breaking out this season 6) Wrap up segment -- Pending FAs -- Britt, Jimmy, Kam, P-Rich. We discuss if Brandon Linder's extension impacted Britt's future, whether its worth to bring back jimmy/kam , who should be the priority and if theres any of the group should be extended rigjht now.

The Falcons beat the Seahawks convincingly. What now? Softy and I discuss that and debate what would be a reasonable penalty for the Richard Sherman injury report fiasco.

Seattle ran over the Detroit Lions in the first week of the playoffs. Few saw that coming. Now they face off against the best offense in the NFL. Nobody expects them to win. I do. Let's talk about it.

Softy and I are finally back at it. The playoffs are made it a necessity that we find time to talk Seahawks. Many folks are down on Seattle's chances. We talk about that, and why there may be more reason for hope than you might think.

What would your football heaven look like? I go a bit far afield this week before diving into assessing how the Seahawks did last week and what to expect this week in Green Bay.

The Seahawks offensive line was abysmal last week in Tampa and essentially lost the game. They have a chance to bounce back and prove last week was an exception and not the rule against a terrific Panthers defensive line.

It's time to reflect on a remarkable run through some of the best teams in the NFL this season. The Seahawks have come out stronger for it, and now are set up to finish with a flourish. This game against Tampa won't be easy, but Softy and I can't help looking ahead to playoff seeing and scenarios.
