To mark the momentus occasion of hitting 100 episodes just a few days out from the third anniversary of starting the show, we thought we'd go back to where it all started—an E3 recap. That means we're talking all the hottest reveals: King Crimson on Spotify, Gundam and Kevin Smith. We also discuss all the press conferences, as well as the weird spot E3 as a whole appears to be in. 

You wanted weekly? Well how about two in a week (we recorded this only a day after the last one was posted, which itself was recorded about a week before then... it's a whole thing). Your favourite Video Game Boys are back to talk more Mortal Kombat 11, that Sonic trailer, Dangerous Driving, a dramatic reading of the Pumpkin Hill theme, seeing Sunn 0))) in concert, and some truly relaxing ASMR. 

Back to weekly! Oh wait. Also, this is being posted a few days after it was recorded because Hamish had videos to edit. That said, we're back to talk about the hottest gaming headlines: getting into punk music, shreds videos and the wonderful world of legacy bands marketing tour dates through stolen memes. We might also mention Mortal Kombat 11, Ace Attorney and Yoshi's Wooly World in there at some point. This one's for the Gamers! Oh also, the intro song is Real Deal by Antidote.

The hot new From Soft game has come out and is one of the more divisive games we've played on the podcast, so of course we're burying Sekiro under an hour and a half of discussion of the first Mass Effect, Star Citizen, Shroud of the Avatar and the winner of multiple Best Phantasmagoria 2: A Puzzle of Flesh awards, Phantasmagoria 2: A Puzzle of Flesh. Also discussed is Mortal Kombat 9, and how the Street Fighter movie was never actually bad. Shit on a shingle!

Forget Valentine's, this week it's all about National Cheddar Day. We spend a good while talking about how gouda Resident Evil 2 is now that we've both played through it a bunch. Apex Legends might not be the game for us. Far Cry New Dawn is... just awful. Ace Combat 7 and Katamari Damacy continue to be very good games. We react live to the Nintendo Direct happening as we record. Most importantly though, we tell the wild story of how Nico ended up a brand ambassador for a dairy.

NEW YEAR NEW PODCAST. Actually, it's the same podcast. Aside from thoughts on new release Ace Combat 7: Skies Unknown and that Resident Evil 2 One-shot Demo (both of which are excellent), we're doing a lot of recapping of the games we played over the break: Celeste, The Missing, Mutant Year Zero, Katamari Damacy REROLL, Onimusha, Zone of the Enders 2nd Runner among others.

You thought five hours was a lot.  This is our longest podcast yet, coming in at over seven hours recorded across two days. We can only apologise, there was a LOT to get through. Hopefully you'll get a kick out of some of the stuff we talk about. 

It's that time of year again. The third time we've subjected ourselves to this nonsense, but we do it for the content. Here is almost five hours of us discussing the best (and worst) of what we played this year and what's more, there's still another day of this to go. We get very heated over Super Mario Party. Strap in, people, it's going to be a wild one. See you tomorrow for day two!

It's been another month since the last podcast because of life, so it's a biiiig round up of everything we've been playing while gearing up for our upcoming Game of the Year MEGACAST. That means we spend the first half hour talking about how awful the Game Awards were, spend another while talking about how awful Fallout 76 is, another chunk of time talking about the disappointment that is Just Cause 4. Also Hamish is ill. In the words of Limmy, everything's shit.

It's the closest we'll get to a Halloween episode I suppose, so let's talk about the spookiest thing of all... the smell of rotting pumpkins. Also discussed: the wild character creator of Soul Calibur VI, the wilder character creator of THUGPRO, the disappointing new Spider-Man DLC, jumping into the pit that is Destiny 2, replaying Red Dead Redemption in preparation for the sequel, paying into whatever the hell Star Citizen is, and James Brown's christmas albums. Games are coming out again! The industry is saved! Hamish regails Nico with tales of visting Poland to preview Thronebreaker: The Witcher Tales and meeting a particularly realistic-looking android. Also discussed is the new Assassin's Creed, the wild plot of a Yu-Gi-Oh game and we compare Super Mario Party to Detroit to try and figure out which is the more awful game (hint: it's Super Mario Party by a fucking long shot).

Take a trip with us to Nicotopia as we talk more Spider-man, the nothing that is Transference, the full-blown SNES JRPG-ness of Dragon Quest XI, and diving back into the game too scary for Author, Tomato Way.

Nico has returned from New York... only to swing right back in as we discuss how Spiderman has not only defied our expectations but has reinvigorated Hamish's love of games. We then talk about the question on everyone's lips: what if Heat could be made into something way, way worse? The answer is GTAV.
