It’s something we’ve both been working toward in our lives and we’re seeing beautiful and positive impact on our health, our personal lives and our businesses. But it isn’t always easy to figure out how to do it in your own life so we’re sharing some ways to begin slowing yourself down and living with greater intention and purpose. We definitely haven’t perfected it in our own lives, but it’s not about doing it “right”.
