Carol Rodriguez (known as C. Rod on the track and field scene)  continues to expand her reach in entertainment by revisiting her  love of music as she channels her family’s ties to the arts. From a  long line of musicians including her mother whom was a singer  and her grandfather a member of New Orleans's ‘The 5 Knight’s’,  Carol experienced her first taste at music at the age of 7 years old  using a 2XL robot to write and record her lyrics, then once again at  age 9 where she’d go one to partake in the marching, jazz and  symphonic bands. Carol embraced her alter ego ‘Carol Cake’ in  2011 as she released her first freestyle to Lil Wayne’s ‘6 Foot 7  Foot.’ Since, Carol has been sprinting from track to track in the  preparations of her debut project ‘7 Candles.’

Who is Young Niyah? Atlanta very own “Princess of The South”, is a high energetic and alluring young rapper. Young Niyah was inspired by music and lyrics early on, which lead her to start writing rhymes at the tender age of 5 years old. Deep down inside Young Niyah knew that rapping was her destiny and she begin practicing how she would sign her autographs, along with constantly performing in front of family and friends to prepare for whom she would later call her fans.  At the age of 7, Young Niyah recorded her first debut song called “ATL”, where she represented her city that she loves so dearly. NovaCain, a hip-hop artist and blind activist from Evansville, Indiana, wants the world to know that being diagnosed with a disability shouldn’t signal your demise. Going blind at age 17, after a medication destroyed the nerves controlling his vision, altered the course he had planned for his life, but it also led him toward a new craft and a renewed sense of purpose.“I was so frustrated and angry because I had 20/20 vision, and all of a sudden I had problems, but the doctors kept trying to tell me it would not cause blindness,” he said. “I had to suck it up, and I didn’t really feel down; something just told me there was going to be another lane I would take. I had fear of rejection and how people were going to treat me, but I told myself I’d have to deal with this.”NovaCain didn’t always consider himself a “music person.” As a teenager, he was more concerned with the football field and basketball court.
